Chryssy Moor is a Board Certified Behavior Analyst, a doctoral candidate, and the Founder of Florida Autism Center. Chryssy founded the Company in 2007 after providing in-home services in the Sanford area since 2005. Chryssy developed FAC’s mission, vision, and values and is responsible for the clinical direction of the Company and ensuring that therapy is implemented according to best-in-class standards. Chryssy’s primary interests are legislation concerning Early Intervention/Behavior Analysis and Autism Treatment and organizational strategy and management. In addition, Chryssy serves on the New Directions Provider Advisory Council. Chryssy received a Bachelor of Music in Music and Education with a minor in Psychology from Ohio Northern University and a Master of Science in Applied Behavior Analysis from Florida Institute of Technology.
Dr. Steven Morris currently serves on the Board of Directors of SENTA, a Shore Capital Portfolio company. He also served as board member of EyeSouthPartners while Partnered with Shore. Dr. Morris is a clinical associate professor with the Emory University School of Medicine and currently serves as Managing Partner of Atlanta Gastroenterology Associates, which has over 40 locations and 10+ ASCs in the Atlanta, GA area. He initially joined the practice in 1978. Following his internship and residency at Emory University Affiliated Hospitals in Atlanta, Dr. Morris completed a fellowship in digestive diseases at the University of Miami. Dr. Morris is a member of numerous professional associations including the American College of Physicians, the American Medical Association, the American Gastroenterology Association, the Medical Association of Atlanta, the Medical Association of Georgia, and the Georgia Gastrointestinal Society. He is past president of the Georgia Gastrointestinal Society and previously served as chief of staff at Emory University Hospital Midtown Hospital.
Pat currently serves on the Board of Directors of Assembly Health. Pat is currently the President and CEO of Elmcroft Senior Living, a company which he founded that provides management services for senior living facilities. Prior to his role at Elmcroft, Pat served as President and CEO of Atria Senior Living, a large national provider of retirement, assisted living, and dementia care services. Pat draws from a deep background comprising of multi-location operations, senior living facility operations, and long-term care facility experience.
Michael currently serves on the Board of Directors of Assembly Health and H2O Care Partners. Michael is currently the COO of Symphony Post Acute Network, an integrated transitional care, post acute, and senior housing network. Prior to his role at Symphony, Michael served as COO of CRL Senior Living Communities, a leading owner/operator of private pay assisted living and memory care centers. Michael draws from a deep background comprising of multi-location operations, senior living facility operations, and long-term care facility experience.
Dr. Murphy is a Professor of Medical Imaging at the University of Toronto and an Interventional Neuroradiologist at Toronto Western hospital, Canada's largest neuroscience center. Dr. Murphy was the Director of Interventional Neuroradiology from 1998 to 2008. Prior to his time at Johns Hopkins, Dr. Murphy served as the Director of Research in the neuroradiology section of the Albany Medical College in New York. He is considered to be one of the most innovative specialists in the use of radiology guidance in the treatment of vascular brain and spine disorders. His research focuses on the use of imaging techniques to guide surgical intervention, particularly brain aneurysms and carotid artery disease.
Tim Murphy is a Board of Directors Member at Column Health, Shore Capital's second medication-assisted treatment platform investment. Tim currently serves as CEO of the Stepping Stones Group, a previous Shore Capital portfolio company that provides school and home-based ABA services. Stepping Stones is currently owned by Five Arrows Capital Partners and a Partner from Shore Capital, Ryan Kelley, currently serves as a board member. Tim previously served as President and Chief Executive Officer of Beacon Health Options and its predecessor companies from 2007 through 2017. Tim was instrumental in growing the company from $35 million to $2 billion in revenue in 2017, making Beacon the largest independent manager of behavioral health benefits in the United States. Before joining Beacon, Tim served as the Secretary of Health and Human Services for the Commonwealth of Massachusetts under Governor Mitt Romney. Preceding his service in the Romney Administration, Tim was a vice president in the investment banking division of JP Morgan. Tim serves as Senior Advisor to Beacon Health Options’ Board of Directors and as a board member for Addiction Campuses, a substance use disorder residential treatment facility company, based in Nashville, TN.
Edward Murphy is a Board of Directors Member at Behavioral Innovations, BrightView, and Column Health, Shore Capital's autism services and medication-assisted treatment platform investments. Edward most recently served as Executive Chairman of the Board of Directors of Civitas Solutions (f.k.a. the MENTOR Network), a publicly traded at home- and community-based behavioral health services provider with over 12,500 residential clients and 17,400 non-residential clients. Edward served as CEO of Civitas Solutions while the Company was owned by Madison Dearborn Partners and then Vestar Capital Partners. Prior to his role as Executive Chairman and CEO of Civitas, Edwardwas founder and CEO of Alliance Health and Human Services. In addition, Edward served as Commissioner of the Massachusetts Department of Youth Services and the Massachusetts Department of Mental Health, and the former Executive Director of the Massachusetts Health and Educational Facilities Authority.
Jim Myer serves on the Board of Directors of Great Lakes Dental Partners, a Shore Capital portfolio company. Most recently, he was the President and CFO of Kristo Orthodontics, an eleven location orthodontic practice headquartered in Eau Claire, Wisconsin.
Greg currently serves on the Board of Directors of Southern Orthodontic Partners and OMS360, Shore Capital Portfolio companies.” Greg is the Chief Executive Officer at Sunvera Group. Greg was previously President at Great Expressions Dental Centers (GEDC), a leading dental support organization in the United States. Greg led strategy surrounding the company’s continued commitment to providing high quality care to patients, as well as the organization’s ongoing growth. Greg was an integral member of Great Expressions’ executive team for nearly two decades and was vital in the company’s rapid growth. Greg served as GEDC’s Chief Operating Officer from 2013 – 2018, where he was responsible for oversight of the company’s offices, office processes, regional directors and staff development. He joined GEDC in 1999 as vice president of finance where he led overall financial operations and managed IT and accounts receivable departments and was subsequently promoted to CFO. During his tenure with GEDC, the organization added over 250 offices and increased the number of patients it serves to 120,000 per month.
Paul O'Connell is a board member of SCP Interventional Radiology, a realized Shore portfolio company. Paul serves as the President of B. Braun Interventional Systems, Inc. Starting in July 2001, he was the Vice President of the Vascular Interventional Products Group at B. Braun. From 1999 to 2001, he provided Marketing and Technical support consulting services to medical device companies. He was the Owner of Sablier from 1998 to 1999 where he developed new technologies for the treatment of thromboembolic diseases and for distal protection during carotid endarterectomy. From 1993 to 1998, Paul served as Vice-President and General Manager of the Vena Tech division of B. Braun Medical, a medical device business which he originally co-founded in 1988 and sold to B. Braun Medical in 1993. He has been a member of the Board of Directors of Vascular Solutions, Inc. since January 2002.
Edmund has over 25 years’ experience in various management and board roles in the food and beverage sector in both North America and Europe. Edmund served on the Board of Directors at Pineridge Bakery, a leading $225M revenue Canadian specialty bakery backed by Swander Pace Capital, which was acquired by ARYZTA in 2014 for ~$340M following significant growth through new customers, acquisitions and new products over a seven-year period. He currently serves as Chairman of O’Keeffes Group, an Irish retailer with pet, furniture and wine stores. In North America, over the last 24 years, Edmund served in a variety of roles for Cott Corporation, the world's largest producer of beverages on behalf of retailers, brand owners and distributors. Prior to this role, Edmund served as President of Royal Crown Cola International, a branded franchise beverage portfolio with bottlers across 64 countries.

Prior to this, Tom held several positions, and ultimately was the President and General Manager of North America for Nobel Biocare, a world leader in the field of innovative implant-based dental restorations, from single-tooth to fully edentulous indications. Additionally, Tom was a Vice President of Sales and Marketing of Denar Corp, a Senior Product Manager of 3M Unitek, and a National Sales Training Manager of Ormco.
Garrett currently serves as VP of Finance, Retail Packaged Brands of Tyson Foods, where he is responsible for supporting Tyson Foods’ retail leadership team and providing key financial insights to drive the group’s strategic decisions. Prior to his current role, Garrett was in various finance positions at Jimmy Dean, Sara Lee, Van’s and Goose Island. Garrett has significant bakery experience through his various roles at Sara Lee Bakery for several years and served as Director of FP&A at Sara Lee. Matt is the CEO of CORA Group, which is an operating group of Jonas Software, a subsidiary of Constellation Software, Inc., also known as CSI. Founded in 1995, CSI is a provider of software and services to numerous public and private sector industries. Matt originally joined the Jonas Software platform through the acquisition of Clubsystems Group in 2005. Over time, Matt has steadily cultivated his expertise in management by working in various capacities at several brands within the Jonas portfolio.
Most recently, Sharon served as the President and COO at University of Chicago Medical Center. During her tenure, Sharon led the integration with Ingalls Health System following the merger in 2016. Previously in her career, Sharon served as the President of Loyola University Medical Center, EVP and COO at Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center, and SVP of Operations at University of Maryland Medical System. She has also worked as a healthcare consultant with Ernst & Young. Additionally, Sharon has served on the National Institutes of Health Advisory Board for Clinical Research, the Finance Committee of the National Institutes of Health Advisory Board, the Board of Trustees of the Illinois Hospital Association, and as an Examiner for the Malcolm Baldridge National Quality Award. Sharon received an M.S. in Nursing from Loyola University of Chicago and a B.S. in Nursing from Northern Illinois University.
Greg Palmer served on the The Stepping Stones Group Board of Directors while Partnered with Shore.Greg has more than 30 years of leadership experience. Currently Greg is a principal at Transpirus, which provides consulting and revenue cycle management outsource services for the home health and hospice industry. Greg became CEO of Remedy, a leading staffing firm, in 2001. At Remedy, he started the RemX specialty division and grew revenue to $100M. Over a five year period, Greg completed a major turn around and sale, resulting in significant shareholder value creation. Prior to Remedy, Greg was a senior vice president at Olsten Staffing.
As a senior executive with over 20 years of innovation experience in the CPG industry, Rocco has driven the development and launch of highly successful, award-winning products for companies like Procter & Gamble, PepsiCo, and Del Monte Foods (now Big Heart Pet Brands). Over the course of his career, Rocco has led critical technology innovations in ingredients, processes, packaging, and products. These innovations have yielded dozens of patents, competitively advantaged revenue growth, significant cost savings, and growing market share. Most recently, Rocco was recruited by a private equity group comprised of KKR, Vestar Capital Partners, and Centerview Capital to accelerate growth through innovation at Del Monte & Big Heart Pet Brands. Rocco played a critical role in the leadership of Big Heart’s rapid growth and eventual sale to JM Smucker and Del Monte Foods' sale to Del Monte Pacific. Prior to his time with Big Heart, Rocco spent 24 years in R&D and Innovation at PepsiCo and led the entire R&D function as SVP of R&D for Frito Lay World Wide.
David Pegg is the Chief Development Officer for Dental Care Alliance, one of the largest dental support organizations in the United States. Dave leads the organization’s aggressive growth strategy to expand the number of dental offices through mergers, acquisitions, equity partnerships, and de novo opportunities. Dave brings significant experience as an investor and advisor in the healthcare services industry for more than 20 years. He started his private equity career with MVP Capital Partners in Philadelphia and was recently a partner with Enhanced Equity Funds in New York. As part of his responsibilities, he has evaluated and been involved with numerous provider-based multi-site healthcare companies, including those in the dental space. Dave also served on the Board of Prospira PainCare from 2012 to 2017. Prospira PainCare is a premier provider of comprehensive, multidisciplinary pain management services; its business model is based upon building partnerships with industry leading physicians to accelerate value of each practice through organic growth of the patient base combined with operational efficiencies leading to increased profitability.
Cameron Perkins served on the Fast Pace Urgent Care Board of Directors while Partnered with Shore, that was sold in August 2016.
Rob Pinataro served as the CEO of Payspan, a formerly PE-backed healthcare payments company where he drove 40% revenue growth, leading to a strategic exit to Zelis. Previously, Mr. Pinataro was the Chief Service Officer of Alegeus Technologies, a PE-backed developer of a benefits administration platform. Mr. Pinataro led this business in a transition from commoditized SaaS and payment processor to a high value-add strategic partner offering complete solutions, and Mr. Pinataro led Alegeus Technologies to acquire Workable Solutions, a private marketplace platform company. Prior to this role, Mr. Pinataro served as the COO of Nationwide Credit, an asset recovery agency, where he led the accounts receivable division.
Bryan has over 28 years of marketing experience in public and private equity organizations in both B2B and B2C capacities. Currently, Bryan is the Founder and CEO of Youngstown Twin Labs Consulting and Investments LLC where he works with private equity groups, healthcare corporations, B2B and B2C clients domestically and internationally. Most recently, Bryan was an Executive Vice President & Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) at Crane Capital Group Inc. and was previously at Vision Source®, a $2.5B eye care retail company where he was SVP and CMO of 3,500+ franchise locations in the United States. He also has experience at Johnson & Johnson and at BIOMET, a leading global orthopedic and dental manufacturer. Mr. Pinciaro has launched 35 brands in consumer packaged goods, vision care, dentistry, orthopedics, logistics, supply chain, international freight and medical devices.
Tom currently serves as the Chief Integration Officer at Ferrara Candy and recently announced his retirement effective at the end of 2019. Tom has held a number of critical leadership roles during his 15 year career with the company, including President of Ferrara. As Chief Integration Officer, Tom assists with planning, design and execution of projects to achieve the underlying financial model developed to support the integration of the Ferrara and Nestlé U.S. Confections businesses. Earlier in his career, Tom led the successful acquisition of Farley’s and Sathers and its merger with Ferrara Pan, which became Ferrara Candy Co. Prior to the merger, Tom was COO of Ferrara Pan, growing the company’s sales from $100 million to more than $300 million annually.
Craig Powell currently serves as the CEO of Autura, the leading SaaS solution focused on vehicle management, traffic flow, and law enforcement productivity. Mr. Powell is the Former CEO of Motus, a PE-backed SaaS company focused on mobile workforce solutions. At Motus, Mr. Powell drove revenue from $3 million to $150 million at 50% EBITDA margins and executed several acquisitions, including the nine month integration of $62 million of revenue into the Motus platform.

Greg Pritchard is a board member of Dynamic Connections and Innovia Medical, a realized Shore portfolio company. He is the former Chief Executive Officer of Surgical Solutions, LLC. Prior to Surgical Solutions, Mr. Pritchard served as Senior Vice President and President, Surgical and Respiratory Care at Hill-Rom Corp. From 2006 to 2012, he served as President and Chief Executive Officer of Aspen Surgical prior to Hill-Rom’s acquisition for $400 million. He has more than 30 years of experience in the healthcare industry, serving in management positions at American Hospital Supply, Baxter, Allegiance Healthcare and Cardinal Health. Mr. Pritchard serves as Chairman of the Governing Council for Advocate Condell Medical Center in Illinois.
Chris currently serves on the Board of Directors of Southern Orthodontic Partners. Chris most recently served as Senior Vice President and Managing Director of the Americas region for Align Technology. He joined Align in 2006 as a Sales Director and in 2008 became Senior Director for the Eastern sales area, which doubled its revenue under his leadership. As Vice President of Sales Strategy, he led Align's go to market strategy and managed the integration of the North American scanner and CAD/CAM services sales organization. Mr. Puco has more than 20 years of experience in the medical device industry, holding sales management positions in both starts-ups and established corporate environments. Prior to Align, he was with United States Surgical Corporation, General Surgical Innovations, Baxter BioSurgery and Fusion Medical Technologies.</p><p>Chris holds a B.A. from Stockton State College.

Previously, Alyssa served as the CEO of Surgical Solutions, a provider of non-clinical surgical services for minimally invasive surgical procedures to hospitals. She also previously served as the Managing Partner of AJR Ventures, where she provided strategic advisory services to family offices and PE firms.
Brad has over 20 years of experience in the food safety and quality industry and has worked with hundreds of clients providing expertise and technology driven services that support the production of safe, ethical, and sustainable food throughout the world.
Anthony currently serves as the President & COO of Stepping Stones Group, a provider of behavioral health and therapeutic services to children with special needs and autism. Previously, Anthony served as the CEO of Stepping Stones Group while it was a Shore portfolio company. Prior to joining Stepping Stones Group, Anthony served as Senior Vice President of Jackson Therapy Partners where he started as Vice President of Business Development and Marketing. Anthony also served as President of Healthcare Support Staffing. Anthony holds a B.S. in Finance and Marketing from Florida State University.
Frank currently serves on the Board of Directors for Golden Bear Therapy Partners, a Shore Capital portfolio company. Frank was a founding partner of PRO Physical Therapy (PRO PT), a Wilmington, Delaware based provider of outpatient physical therapy services. Frank and a partner started PRO Physical Therapy in 1995, generating $200 thousand in revenue during its first year of operation. Eleven years and 18 locations later, PRO grew to over $19 million in revenue. In 2006, Frank and his partners sold the company to a private equity firm. In 2012, Frank and a business partner formed Occupational Health Services of Delaware, d/b/a WorkPRO Occupational Health (WorkPRO). The company, which employed physicians and nurse practitioners, provided urgent care services to injured workers. In addition to focusing on workers compensation, WorkPRO also provided drug testing, physicals, and other employer services. In 2015, Frank and his partner sold WorkPRO to a private equity firm. In 2017, Frank and a partner purchased Professional Pulmonary Services, Inc., a New Jersey based durable medical equipment company, which he continues to operate today.
Dr. Mark Rosenblum is a board member of SCP Interventional Radiology, a realized Shore portfolio company. Dr. Rosenblum is the former Chair Emeritus of the Department of Neurosurgery in the Henry Ford Health System (HFHS), where he developed a department of 32 physicians and scientists that was nationally recognized for research and clinical excellence. There he founded and served as Co-Director of the nationally recognized Hermelin Brain Tumor Center and the HFHS Neuroscience Institute. He also was one of 4 leaders that developed a new patient-focused Henry Ford West Bloomfield Hospital where he served as Vice President of Clinical Programs and Director of its Center for Health Services Transformation. He has served on multiple hospital boards and on the Medtronic Neuroscience Strategic Advisory Board.
Richard W. Rosenquist, MD, is the Chairman of the Department of Pain Management in the Anesthesiology Institute in July 2011. Dr. Rosenquist comes to Cleveland Clinic from the University of Iowa Hospitals and Clinics, where he served as Professor of Anesthesiology and Director of the Pain Medicine Division.
As a senior executive with over 25 years of experience in the packaging industry, Ryan has driven the growth at several companies during his tenure. Over the course of his career, Ryan has led strategic sourcing and operations strategy engagements for Fortune 100 companies and business development initiatives for industry leading global packaging and shipping supplies firms. Since 2018 Ryan has served as the CEO of The Ruskin Group, an industry-leading global sustainable packaging company headquartered in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania with operations throughout North America, Asia, Europe, and the Middle East. Ryan transitioned to the Chief Executive Officer role with the firm in 2008. His previous experience includes roles as President of Jeanette Paper Company, a full range of packaging services provider and distributor, and Executive Vice President of Sterling Packaging. In addition, Ryan current serves as the Non-Executive Chairman of My Eco and is a Member of the Board of Trustees at the Chicago Field Museum.
Tim Russell currently serves as COO of Turnpoint Services, providing leadership and management to ensure Turnpoint's operational controls and people systems are stable for efficient growth.
Paul is an Executive Partner at Shore Capital Partners. He currently serves as a Director for Community Care Partners and SENTA, Shore Capital portfolio companies. Paul previously served as President and CEO of CHC Holdings, the Chinese health care venture backed by the Frist family. Until retiring in 2013, Paul spent 30 years at HCA, rising to president of its 61-hospital Central Group. Paul joined HCA in 1982 as COO in the company’s New Orleans market and has held a number of leadership positions within the system. Prior to this, He served as President of TriStar Health System from June 1996 to January 2001 and served as President of Centennial Medical Center from May 1993 to June 1996.
Dr. Shawn is a Board of Directors Member at Column Health, Shore Capital's second medication-assisted treatment platform investment. Dr. Shawn Ryan is the Co-Founder, President and Chief Medical Officer of Brightview. For over 12 years, Dr. Ryan practiced Emergency Medicine in the Greater Cincinnati area. During that time, he functioned as a hospital administrator for Mercy Health (Department Chairman of Quality and Patient Safety). While at Mercy Health, he saw how heroin/opioid abuse affected communities and for the past 7 years, has worked tirelessly to help resolve it. He serves on regional, state, and national committees/workgroups focused on turning the tide of this epidemic. He is the immediate past president of the Ohio Society of Addiction Medicine and the Chair of Payer Relations for ASAM. A board-certified addiction specialist and a board-certified emergency physician, Dr. Ryan trained in emergency medicine at the University of Cincinnati and simultaneously obtained his MBA while completing his residency.

Ben is the Founding Partner of Thompson Oak Partners, LLC. He previously served as President of Plastics & Devices at Gerresheimer, where he managed their $450M revenue Medical Devices, Injection Molded and Blow Molded plastics business. Prior to Gerresheimer, Ben served as COO of The Waddington Group, an $850M revenue manufacturer of disposable packaging for the industrial, food, and retail markets. Waddington’s capabilities included injection molding, thermoforming, blow molding, and high-speed decorating. Ben also served as the President of AptarGroup’s $400M B+H division, serving the personal care, skin care, food and beverage, industrial, paint and aerosol markets, among others. Ben has spent most of his career managing and advising packaging companies focused on injection and blow molding.
Neal currently serves as the Managing Advisor of Triton Digital and has held the role of President and CEO with the company since founding Triton in 2006. Neal has over 30 years of experience as a principal and operating executive and also serves as Managing Partner and CEO of Midway Marketing Group, LLC, an advisory firm supporting companies and the private equity community to build, expand, finance and manage operations throughout the United States. Additionally, Neal serves as Chairman of Lincoln Avenue Capital and on the Boards of several companies, and is a member of the Southland Gold chapter of the Young Presidents Organization (YPO). Neal resides with his wife and three sons in the suburbs of Los Angeles, California.

Dr. Sharma currently serves on the Board of Directors of OMS360, a Shore CapitalPortfolio company. Dr. Sharma is a retina surgeon at Georgia Retina, one of the largest retina-only practices in the South.

Prior to his role at HealthPro Heritage, Paul served as COO of a large privately-held contract therapy management company. Paul draws from a deep background comprising of multi-location operations, senior living facility operations, and physician practice management.

Joe is an original Partner of Summit Trail Advisors by way of Lehman Brothers (then Barclays) where he was a Senior Vice President. Joe began his financial services career in 2001 with Sanford Bernstein where he was a Principal. He was co-founder and CEO of software service company JobPlex, which he sold in early 2001, and prior to that was Senior Vice President of Operations with business services firm EPS Solutions.
DJ Sirota is the Senior Vice President of Cook Medical’s MedSurg Division, where he is responsible for five global medical technology business units. DJ has worked at Cook since starting as a District Manager in 1987 and has held various management roles, including Vice President of Cook’s Interventional Radiology and Critical Care global business units.
Greg is an entrepreneur, executive, board member, investor, professor, author and speaker. Greg is currently the founder and managing member of G. Slamowitz & Company LLC, a family office based in Big Sky, MT. Greg is also currently an Adjunct Professor of Entrepreneurship and Business Strategy at the Jake Jabs College of Business & Entrepreneurship at Montana State University in Bozeman, MT, and the founding and managing partner of DesignedBuilt LLC, an innovative designer and builder of energy efficient modular homes, based in Big Sky, MT and Gdansk, Poland. Most notably, Greg was a co-founder and former co-CEO of Ambrose Employer Group, LLC, a professional employer organization (PEO), which was ranked among Crain’s New York’s list of the 50 fastest growing companies and was also recognized by the New York State Society for Human Resource Management as one of the “Best Companies to Work For in New York.” Greg oversaw the sale of Ambrose Employer Group to TriNet in a $200 million cash transaction. Greg had spent considerable time in Washington, DC with members and staffers of the U.S. Senate and House of Representatives educating them about the challenges to and solutions for America’s businesses. He was a board member and president of his industry’s trade association and founded and led its political action committee. Greg was instrumental in the passage of the Small Business Efficiency Act. He was the recipient of the 2001 Ernst & Young New York Entrepreneur of the Year award in the employment services category. Greg also served on the Dean’s Advisory Board for Emory University’s School of Law. Prior to co-founding Ambrose in 1997, Greg practiced tax law with Brown & Wood (now Sidley Austin Brown & Wood) in New York City. He holds two law degrees – a Master of Laws in Taxation from New York University School of Law, and a Juris Doctorate, with distinction, from Emory University School of Law in Atlanta. He received his undergraduate degree, cum laude, from New York University.
Dr. Kieran Slevin is the Co-Founder and Medical Director of North American Spine and Pain. Dr. Slevin is board certified in both anesthesiology and pain medicine. After growing up in Donegal, Ireland, Dr. Slevin attended the University College Medical School in Dublin. Before coming to the states, Dr. Slevin attended Our Lady’s Hospital for Sick Children and was awarded the Colman-Saunders Medal in Pediatrics. Dr. Slevin is a member of both the Pennsylvania and New Jersey Medical Societies and the American Society of Anesthesiologists. Dr. Slevin is also on the Board of Directors for the Spine Intervention Society and is their appointed delegate to the American Medical Association.
John most recently created the Medical Stop Loss business for Berkshire Hathaway Specialty Insurance. Prior to his time at Berkshire, John was the founder and CEO of Medical Excess, a stop loss managing general underwriter. Medical Excess merged with an AIG company where John continued as CEO of the business until AIG acquired his interest. Post sale John served as Chief Strategy Officer for AIG’s employee benefits business, AIG Benefit Solutions. John possesses more than four decades of experience specializing in employer self-funded medical plans.
Anthony Sobel currently serves on the Board of Directors for Specialdocs Consultants. Most recently, Mr. Sobel served as CEO of Montana Metal Products, LLC, (“MMP”) a precision sheet metal fabrication and machining company located in Des Plaines, IL. Prior to Bellisio Foods, Ken served as President of the Global Industrial Division at McCormick and as President of the US Consumer Division at McCormick, the top spices and seasonings company in the world. Ken previously spent time in marketing and brand management at Campbell’s Soup and Kraft Foods.

David Trogden is the former Founder and Chairman of Probo Medical, a refurbished medical imaging equipment company. After founding Probo in 2014, David led the company through 12 strategic acquisitions and two private equity exits before transitioning roles after the company’s second exit.

Vasquez has held numerous executive-level positions with leading animal health companies over his 35-year career, including chairman, president, and CEO of Henry Schein Animal Health, executive vice president and CEO of Butler Animal Health, vice president of cattle and companion animal business of Boehringer Ingelheim Vetmedica, and executive vice president of Fermenta Animal Health.
David has more than 40 years’ experience in food & beverage and CPG. David began his career at General Foods where he spent fourteen years in a variety of brand management positions. In 1988 he joined a small consulting firm and in 1991 was hired by a private equity client to be VP of Marketing, and eventually CEO, of Mother’s Cookies a West Coast based cookie company. In 1995, he joined Brother’s Gourmet Coffee as Chairman, President & CEO. In 1996 his former private equity client acquired the Keebler Company in a leveraged buyout for $450 million. David joined the company as President of Keebler Brands, the company’s main operating unit. The company was taken public in 1998 and sold to the Kellogg Company in 2001 for $4.5 billion at which time David became Keebler’s CEO. In late 2002 he left Kellogg and, with a few former Keebler executives, formed TreeHouse LLC as a vehicle to make acquisitions in the food industry. In 2005 they invested in and led the public spinoff of a $700 million private label division of Dean Foods. From 2005 through 2011 he was President & COO of TreeHouse Foods, retiring in 2011 but remaining with the company as a Director and a Senior Advisor focused on strategy and acquisitions. TreeHouse is currently a leader in private label manufacturing with annual revenue of approximately $5.5 billion.

Previously, Chris served as CEO of Critical Care Systems ("CCS") leading up to its successful sale to Curative Health Systems. Prior to CCS, Chris served as COO for the western division of Coram Healthcare. Chris' infusion career includes the acquisition of 15 branches and the development of 23 start-up branches.

Dr. Richard Zane formerly served on the Board of Directors of Elevate Women’s Health. Dr. Zane is the CEO of Atlanta Women’s Health Group, the parent organization of 25 OB/GYN practices employing over 100 physicians. Dr. Zane is also currently the Vice President of the U.S.W.H.A., a national group of over 800 OB/GYNs. He has been in private practice since 1983, first as a solo practitioner and since 1984 as a partner at Roswell OB/GYN. Dr. Zane specializes in minimally invasive procedures such as hysteroscopy, laparoscopy, and hysterectomy. He is board certified by the American College of OB/GYN and is a Fellow of the American College of OB/GYN. Dr. Zane graduated magna cum laude from Washington University in St. Louis and completed medical school at St. Louis University. He completed his residency training at Emory University.
Reid Zeising is the Founder and Managing Partner of Cherokee Advisors. Mr. Zeising founded BBAC LLC, which was created to acquire Back Yard Burgers, Inc., and served as Executive Chairman of the Board of Directors. In addition, he founded Bluebird Advisors LLC, which focuses primarily on quantitative based, statistics arbitrage, mean reversion hedge fund strategies, and Institutional Advisors, which is a private merchant-banking firm. Through Institutional Advisors, Mr. Zeising invested in and advised Cosi, Inc. (COSI) and also participated in and advised on five separate financings for Cosi. Previously, Mr. Zeising was First Vice President of The Robinson Humphrey Company (RHC) in charge of European Capital Markets.
