Rajan Kapadia

Raj Kapadia serves on the Board of Directors of CELLTREAT Scientific Products and is Senior Vice President of Strategy and Business Development at Cencora, a Fortune 10 global healthcare company.

Raj brings over 25 years of global leadership experience across life sciences, diagnostics, and healthcare, spanning general management, corporate strategy, M&A, and business transformation. He previously served as President and CEO of Biolyst Scientific, a leading laboratory products platform formed through the combination of Electron Microscopy Sciences and Azer Scientific. Prior to Biolyst, Raj held senior leadership roles at Danaher Corporation, including Integrated DNA Technologies and Beckman Coulter Life Sciences, where he drove commercial growth, innovation, and strategic acquisitions. Earlier in his career, he held leadership positions at Illumina and Abbott Laboratories across genomics and molecular diagnostics.

Raj holds bachelor’s and master’s degrees in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign and an MBA from Northwestern University’s Kellogg School of Management.
