Bio

Romir founded Compushare, a financial technology management company, in 1995. Compushare launched the first and only cloud-computing platform tailored to the community financial services industry and made seven strategic acquisitions before Romir sold the company to D+H (now Finastra) in 2013. Since then, he has continued to invest in the technology sector through Nadavon Capital Partners. Romir successfully invested, exited, and served on the board at Capsilon, PayLease, Real Green Systems, Accume Partners, and BirchStreet Systems, and currently holds executive chairman positions at Clubspeed and GrowthZone.
