Kush also serves as a member of the Board of Directors of United Vision Partners, a private equity backed multi-site ophthalmology platform based in Minnesota. During his time as CEO, Vein Clinics of America grew from 3 centers to over 25 centers across 10 states. In addition, Mr. Agarwal served on the board of directors of IntegraMed America upon their acquisition of Vein Clinics of America in August 2007.
Mark is an Adjunct Associate Professor of Entrepreneurship at the University of Chicago Booth School of Business. Prior to being a Professor at the University of Chicago Booth School of Business, Mark served as the President and CEO of Lou Malnati’s Pizzeria.
Hilarie Aitken is the CEO and Co-Owner at Navia Benefits Solutions and has been an integral part of the vision and growth of Navia for over 20 years. Her passion and expertise in the field have been a driving force in the expansion of consumer driven employee benefits throughout the region.

Jim joined Community Care Partners in 2018 as an Independent Board Member. Two years later, he was appointed Chief Executive Officer. Prior to his position at Banfield, Jim served as President and CEO of CareMeridian, where he oversaw nursing and rehabilitative facilities. John is the former CEO of DazPak Flexible, and he currently serves as a Member of the Board of Directors for TIPA Compostable Packaging, a manufacturer of fully compostable flexible packaging solutions. John previously served as an Executive Partner and M&A Consultant for AEA Investors LP, a global private investment firm with over $14 billion assets under management, where he specifically focused on labels and packaging M&A. He also served as the CEO of Tapp Label, a specialty prime label converter within the wine and spirits end markets. Prior to Tapp Label, John spent 18 years at York Label, building one of the largest pressure-sensitive label converters in North America.
Michael currently serves on the Board of Directors of Mission Veterinary Partners, Golden Bear Therapy Partners, and Together Women's Health, Shore Capital portfolio companies. Michael is a co-founder of MD Holdings, an entrepreneur-owned holding company formed to acquire and grow a limited number of businesses with significant growth potential. From 2015—2017, Mr. Aubrey was Chief Executive Officer of StatLab Medical Products and successfully led the company through its sale to Cressey & Company. Prior to being appointed CEO, Michael served as Co-President of StatLab Medical Products from 2009 to 2015, where he had oversight of the company’s sales, marketing, product development, and technical support capabilities. Under Michael’s leadership, StatLab’s equity value increased 10x+ and the Company established itself as the premier anatomic pathology supplier in the United States. Prior to acquiring StatLab Medical Products, Michael was CEO of a parking lot facility management company where he grew facility revenues under management from $3 million to $20 million and headcount from 25 to 125 in less than five years. Michael also sits on the Boards of StatLab Medical Products, MedCerts, LLC., and Delasco Dermatological Supply Company.
Tom Bailey is a board member of SCP Interventional Radiology, a realized Shore portfolio company. Tom joined NanoString Technologies as CFO in January 2018. He was formerly the CFO of Agamatrix and previously served as President and CEO for Angiotech Pharmaceuticals, Inc. until the fall of 2013, at which time he transitioned to Angiotech’s board. As CEO of Angiotech, Tom led the company through a successful operational restructuring, and concluded the sale of one of Angiotech’s two medical device products businesses, generating significant returns for Angiotech’s shareholders. Prior to being named Angiotech’s CEO in the fall of 2011, Tom served for six years as Angiotech’s CFO, and for two years as its Vice President of Business Development. Prior to Angiotech, Tom worked as an investment banker in the life sciences practice group at Credit Suisse First Boston and Donaldson, Lufkin & Jenrette.
Nate Bard serves as CEO of Triumph Orthopedics, Shore Capital’s orthopedic services platform investment, and as a Board Member for Column Health, Shore Capital's second medication-assisted treatment platform investment. Most recently, Nate previously lead ATI Physical Therapy’s (“ATI”) growth function, serving as its Chief Growth Officer. In this role, he was responsible for sales, marketing, mergers, acquisitions, and new clinic growth and openings. Nate joined ATI in 2014, bringing a background in private equity and investment banking experience. Originally from Michigan, Bard is a graduate of the University of Notre Dame with a degree in Finance. With a combination of strategic and financial expertise, Nate has helped ATI expand its acquisition capabilities with an analytical approach to decision making.
David Barr is a Board of Directors Member at Column Health, Shore Capital's second medication-assisted treatment platform investment. David currently serves as Chairman of PMTD Restaurants as well as Managing Director of Franworth, a professional services firm for and investor in franchise businesses. In connection with IFA, Barr has met with the White House, senators, congressmen and their staffs to discuss the impact of ACA on restaurant jobs. In addition, Barr has spoken about healthcare on Fox News, Fox & Friends, CNN Online, and his experiences have been written about by New York Times, International Business Times, and the Washington Examiner. David is the former Chairman of the International Franchise Association and has significant experience in opening retail locations through his involvement with Del Frisco’s Restaurant Group, Capriotti’s Sandwich Shops, Mrs. Fields and TCBY, the Jewelry Group, Pizza Hut, and several other consumer-retail businesses. David Barr began his career in Atlanta with Pricewaterhouse Coopers after attending the University of Virginia.
Dylan Bates currently serves on the Southern Veterinary Partners Board of Directors. Dylan is the Chief Executive Officer and President of ATI Physical Therapy Holdings, LLC (“ATI”) and also sits on ATI’s Board of Directors. Dylan joined ATI in 1999 to expand physical therapy services and has seen the company grow from 1 location in Illinois to nearly 300 locations across 10 states. ATI has undergone three private equity investments. It was initially bought by KRG Capital, a Denver-based private equity firm, in 2005, then sold to GTCR, a Chicago-based private equity firm in March 2010, and then repurchased by KRG in December 2012. Dylan is a licensed Physical Therapist with extensive experience in multi-site healthcare services and operations.

Greg Bell is the founder and CEO of Expansion Health, a technology to help health systems deliver multiple digital patient services into a single mobile app. Greg has over 35+ years building successful businesses in healthcare. Prior to Expansion Health, he founded HealthX, one of the first cloud-based technology companies in healthcare, and grew the business to the largest healthcare portal provider for U.S. health plans and payors. Prior, Greg also founded First Benefit Corp in 1982 and grew the company to one of the largest TPAs in the country in five years. Greg has a reputation for building solid teams that deliver exceptional healthcare services.
Dave has forty years of experience in food & beverage and CPG. Dave began his career at Procter & Gamble where he spent twenty-four years in product supply and supply chain management. In 2005 he joined the Campbell Soup Company where he served in several key supply chain leadership roles prior to assuming responsibility for the company’s global supply chain. Currently, Dave serves as Conagra’s Chief Supply Chain Officer, a role in which he has helped drive efficiencies and growth since 2015. Dave has end-to-end supply chain responsibilities for the company, overseeing manufacturing, procurement, engineering, environmental sustainability, health and safety, plant quality, customer logistics and planning, transportation and warehousing, and aviation and real estate/facilities teams. Dave is also a member of the board of directors for Ardent Mills, a Conagra Brands joint venture and also serves on the board for World Business Chicago.
Marcy A. Bliss, CEO and Board member of PE-owned Wedgewood Pharmacy, is responsible for all aspects of the pharmacy operation and for leading the delivery of extraordinary business results.
Romir founded Compushare, a financial technology management company, in 1995. Compushare launched the first and only cloud-computing platform tailored to the community financial services industry and made seven strategic acquisitions before Romir sold the company to D+H (now Finastra) in 2013. Since then, he has continued to invest in the technology sector through Nadavon Capital Partners. Romir successfully invested, exited, and served on the board at Capsilon, PayLease, Real Green Systems, Accume Partners, and BirchStreet Systems, and currently holds executive chairman positions at Clubspeed and GrowthZone.
Dan Bowen served on the Argentum Medical Board of Directors while Partnered with Shore. Dan is the founder of Dempsey Ventures, LLC, a holding company focusing on investments in medical devices and professional sports. Dan founded two major medical products companies Aspen Surgical and SunMed. Aspen focuses on disposable products used in the Operating Room and SunMed is the leader in products used in Anesthesia and Respiratory. He sold them both to private equity in 2006 and 2021. Today both companies’ employ over 5,000 people worldwide. Dan currently serves on the board of SunMed, TIDI Products, AA Medical, Marketlab, Lacks Industries and the National Hockey League’s Minnesota Wild. Dan holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Michigan State University.

Rob additionally served as President of Payflex, and upon its acquisition by Aetna, led the combined organization as CEO, Head of Aetna Consumer Financial Solutions. Rob previously held numerous executive leadership roles, including Executive Vice President at MBI and Vice President of Corporate Development at Novamed.
Diana Cantor currently serves on the Board of Directors of Strongpoint Partners . Diana is a Partner at AIM13, an alternative investment management firm where she acts as a member of the Investment Committee and Board of Managers. Prior to joining AIM13, she was a Managing Director at New York Private Bank & Trust and served for over a decade as the founding Executive Director of the Virginia College Savings Plan, which she grew into the largest 529 savings plan in the nation. Prior to her state service, Diana was a Vice President at Goldman Sachs, where she served as Chief Administrator of the firm’s leveraged buyout funds, internal investment funds, and merchant banking operations. Diana began her career as a lawyer in the real estate department of Kaye Scholer (now Arnold & Porter).
Bob is an accomplished healthcare and technology executive with thirty years of experience building and managing organizations to deliver long-term revenue and profit growth. He has lead or played a key role on multiple executive teams that successfully translated market needs into corporate strategy and then executed on the product, sales, marketing and client support initiatives needed to drive quantifiable business success. Bob’s key leadership experiences include working as a Manager at IBM in various marketing and sales roles in the 80's and 90's. He served in multiple executive positions at Healthx from 1999 to 2016. Healthx delivers a cloud-based Software as a Service platform serving the healthcare payer and TPA market delivering member and provider engagement solutions to drive efficiency and collaboration between health plans, providers and consumers. Bob was the Chief Growth Officer at ELAP Services, a solution provider to self-insured employers providing price transparency solutions. He has worked at High Alpha, a SaaS Venture Capital firm, in one of their portfolio companies Doxly that is focused on automating M&A transactions for large law firms. He now leads the growth strategy at Beyond Payroll, an analytics company focused on the Human Capital Management space. Bob received a Bachelor of Science in Quantitative Business Analysis from Indiana University – Kelley School of Business.
Angela formerly serves on the Board of Directors of Elevate Women’s Health. Angela is currently the Executive Director of Lexington Eye Associates, a physician-owned ophthalmology group based in the Boston Area. Previously, Angela served as the CEO of Northeast Dermatology Associates, one of the largest physician-owned dermatology practices in the United States and the market leader in the New England region with 15 clinical locations and more than 35 providers across Maine, Massachusetts, and New Hampshire. Prior to Northeast, Angela was a Vice President of Operations at The Dermatology Group.
George is the former CEO of Sodexo, a Global Services Company, where he ran the $10 billion North American Operations, leading 133,000 employees, serving the Fortune 500, Health Care, Education and Government Segments. In addition, Mr. Chavel also served as Global Healthcare CEO. George joined Sodexo in 1991, and held a wide range of leadership positions, including COO, and President of Healthcare where he authored and implemented an innovative patient experience model that resulted in record growth and employee engagement. He was appointed CEO in 2007 where he served for 8 years delivering a 3 Billion revenue increase while doubling operating profit. Previously, George had extensive experience in the Franchising industry as both Franchisor and Franchisee in the fast food segment, including expertise in Franchise Sales, and Real Estate and Store Construction. He began his Career as a Consultant with Arthur Andersen.

Prior to his role at Hanger, Tom founded Spectrum Emergency Care, a national emergency physician company. Matt currently serves as a Group Vice President of Retail Operations at Meijer and has held a variety of executive management positions with the company since 2009. Prior to joining Meijer, Matt served as Vice President of Operations at Lotus Supercenters where he was responsible for creating and implementing standard operating procedures and training plans for 32,000 associates in mainland China. Before joining Lotus, Matt served in several corporate and store level leadership positions at Wal-Mart from 1999-2007. Matt currently sits on the University of San Diego Engineering School Board of Directors.

Jim Cunniff is the President and CEO of Provista, a group purchasing organization. Jim has held a wide range of operating roles throughout his career; he previously served as President and CEO of Leiter’s Compounding, an outsourced pharmaceutical company, and Senior Vice President of the Americas for Acelity, a global advanced wound care company. Jim also worked at Stryker for over a decade, including as President of Stryker’s Emerging Markets, Pacific, South Pacific, and Medical Divisions. Jim began his career in management roles at Berkshire Corporation, Smiths Medical, and Baxter International.
Tim Danison is a co-founder and current CEO of Tabula Health. Tabula is a financial services organization focused on healthcare and reinventing the financial relationship between healthcare providers and their patients. Prior to Tabula Health, Tim was an entrepreneur and executive in various Saas/enterprise software and technology-enabled service companies. Tim has been an early-stage employee and co-founder of multiple companies throughout his career. Bob was also a member of the Board of Directors of ClearPath Diagnostics, a former Shore laboratory services portfolio company serving the women’s health industry. Bob formerly served on the Board of Directors of Elevate Women’s Health. Bob has been Director of Clinical Laboratories at Rush University Medical Center since 1991 and serves as Chairman of the Department of Pathology at Rush Medical College in Chicago. In addition to serving on multiple lab company boards, Bob is a Director for VWR a worldwide distributor of scientific equipment and supplies with $4 billion in global sales.

Phil currently serves on the Board of Directors of Oceans Healthcare, Ernest Healthcare and Breath Diagnostics. Oceans Healthcare provides inpatient and outpatient behavioral healthcare services in Texas, Louisiana and Mississippi. Ernest Healthcare is a leading provider of post-acute services. Breath Diagnostics is focused on the early detection of lung cancer through the use of its innovative and proprietary breath analysis technology. From January 2018 until August 2019 Mr. Douglas served as a Board Member and Executive Chairman of KureSmart Pain Management. Dan currently serves as Executive Vice President at Longview Asset Management. He has extensive experience investing in lower middle market industrial companies, having built Quality Products Inc. (the predecessor to Right Lane Industries) from $12 million to over $50 million in revenues during his tenure as its major shareholder. Prior to his current roles, Dan served as an independent business and financial Consultant of Enprotech Corp and served as Director of Corporate Development and Planning at Allied Products Corporation. He has served as a Member of the Advisory Board of Arbor Lodging Partners and has served on the Board of Directors of Albany Bank & Trust since 2008. Dino Eliopoulos currently serves on the Board of Directors of both Southern Veterinary Partners and Community Care Partners, and has more than 20 years of experience leading healthcare organizations. Dino is currently the Chief Executive Officer of Behavioral Innovations, one of Shore Capital's current platform investments in the autism services sector. Most recently, he was a senior vice president and Chief Financial Officer of Provista, a leading healthcare-focused performance improvement company. Prior to his role at Provista, Dino was the Chief Financial Officer of MedExpress, a multi-state urgent care company. At MedExpress, Dino expanded the company from a 4 clinic operation into to 60+ clinics with over $180 million in revenue. He was responsible for overseeing real estate activities at MedExpress, including site selection and build-out of final 40 clinics. Prior to MedExpress, Dino held various executive leadership positions with PricewaterhouseCoopers, Access Plans USA, Trinity Hospice, and Precis.
Dr. Genevieve Fairbrother, is a practicing physician and currently serves as the Chief Medical Officer of Atlanta Women’s Health Group, the parent organization for a consortium of women’s health practices in the Atlanta area, representing more than 100 physicians and 40 certified nurse midwives through over 40 locations in the Atlanta area.

Jim Fitzgerald served on the Argentum Medical Board of Directors while Partnered with Shore. Jim is the founder and former President and CEO of HealthTrust Purchasing Group where he oversaw its initial formation in 1999, its financial and operational functions and managed the contracting for clinical supplies, pharmaceuticals, and capital equipment, totaling approximately $20 billion annually. Jim has over 30 years of healthcare operations and leadership experience. Prior to founding HealthTrust, he served as President of HCA's Supply Chain Services, as well as several other leadership roles within HCA.

Randy currently serves on the Board of Directors for Golden Bear Therapy Partners, a Shore Capital portfolio company. Randy is also the President & Co-Founder of Revolution PT and Weight Loss, based in Chicago. He founded and served as the CEO of Accelerated Rehab Centers, until the sale of Accelerated to Gryphon Investors (Accelerated would later become part of Athletico). He previously served in the Peace Corps in Bogota, Columbia.
Dr. Eugene Gabianelli, a board-certified, highly respected ophthalmologist, has practiced in Atlanta since 1992, and founded Georgia Eye Partners in 1999. His primary areas of focus are LASIK, cataract and corneal transplantation surgery. His LASIK experience began in 1995 as a co-investigator for the Summit Omnimed laser. He has extensive experience with the Nidek, Visx and Wavelight Allegretto Lasik platforms. His combined Lasik and refractive cataract surgical experience totals over 30,000 procedures. His refractive cataract practice includes all varieties of intraocular lens technology including specialty multifocal and toric lenses coupled with femtosecond laser cataract surgery. He is also active in laser vision correction following cataract surgery and corneal transplantation.
Susan has over 30 years of experience in broader food and beverage industry and has been a C-suite executive across many firms of varying sizes.
Mike George served on the ClearPath Diagnostics Board of Directors while Partnered with Shore. From 1998 to 2001, Mike served as the President, COO and CEO of UroCor, Inc. a 430 employee laboratory that specialized in oncology products and services for Urologists. Prior to Mike’s arrival, the company struggled to grow, was consistently unprofitable and was embroiled in a Department of Justice investigation into Medicare Fraud and Abuse. Mike successfully negotiated a settlement with the Department of Justice and returned the company to profitable growth. During Mike’s tenure the company increased revenue by 50% to $60 million and saw the stock price appreciate more than 600% with market capitalization growing from $28 million to $190 million. In addition to driving rapid growth, Mike successfully installed infrastructure and financial discipline to ensure continued revenue and earnings growth. In 2001, the company was sold to DIANON.
Joseph Giles is currently on the Board of Directors of Transformations Care Network. He served on the Florida Autism Center Board of Directors while Partnered with Shore.
Jason serves as the CEO of Treehouse, the company behind the award-winning platform that has taught more than 1 million people how to code and design. Prior to joining Treehouse, Jason served as the CTO at DreamFactory Software, creator of the popular API generation and management platform used by organizations around the world. He spent more than a decade consulting and leading development teams for a wide variety of clientele in the environmental, architectural, telecom, and publishing industries, among others. Jason is the author of nine books on software development.
Robert currently serves as the Global EVP of Corporate Development & Strategy at Berlin Packaging. Prior to Berlin, Robert worked at Stepan Company as Associate General Counsel. Prior to his role at Stepan, Robert became the first General Counsel of an Asia-based hospitality company owned by two private equity firms. He eventually relocated to Hong Kong the next year and co-led the business development team, leading to the sale of the company in 2011. Robert began his career at Sidley Austin and Kirkland & Ellis, becoming a partner in the corporate group. Robert has advised on more than $5B of transactions and currently teaches at Northwestern University School of Law.
Bing has over 35 years of experience in the dairy and broader food & beverage industries and has extensive functional background in operations and sales management. Previously, Bing was a Chairman and CEO of Fairmount Food Group (DCI Cheese), a PE-backed specialty cheese platform that was sold to Saputo in 2011.

Phil is a national behavioral healthcare expert with over 45 years of experience. He is a featured speaker on clinical excellence and addiction treatment with keynote and panel conference presentations for the West Coast Symposium of Addiction Disorders, the National Association of Addiction Treatment Providers (NAATP), Moment of Change, and the CRC Health Group Professional Development Workshop. Most recently, Phil served as Chief Clinical Officer for CRC Health Group where he was responsible for the measurement and improvement of clinical services and the research and development of new treatment technologies. Specifically, Phil oversaw all MAT activities at CRC which was the nation’s largest provider of MAT services prior to the sale to Acadia. He also oversaw the CRC Clinical Advisory Board of distinguished healthcare industry experts. Before joining CRC in 2002, Phil served as Chief Executive Officer of Behavioral Health Concepts, a national mental health management company that he founded in 1993. He also spent eight years with Republic/OrNda Health Corporation where he developed and managed free-standing psychiatric and substance abuse treatment hospitals. Phil began his career as a Clinical Psychologist in Southern California where he practiced for 10 years.
Michael has over 30 years of experience in the professional sports industry and is widely regarded as one of the most prominent figures in the professional sports industry. Most recently, Michael served as the Commissioner of the United Football League (UFL), where he helped raise over two hundred million dollars in seed money. Furthermore, Michael has worked closely with NFL Commissioner Roger Goodell and other partners to promote diversity, equity and inclusion hiring from the front offices down. Prior to his work as commissioner of the UFL, Michael served as the Senior VP of Football Operations for the Jacksonville Jaguars. Michael is also a visiting professor at Cornell Law School. Michael received a B.S. in Communications and Media Studies from Cornell University and received a J.D. from University of Michigan Law School.

John has extensive executive leadership experience serving the restaurant, retail, distribution and amusement park industries. John served the Wendy’s system for over 11 years, leading the launch of Wendy’s Quality Supply Chain Cooperative in January 2010, which manages over $4 billion in spend annually for Wendy’s restaurants. John’s range of executive experience - including supply chain, distribution, procurement, and operations - gives him powerful insight into every link of the foodservice industry and a keen understanding of the trends impacting the channel. Prior to joining Wendy’s QSCC, John served in the manufacturing and distribution sector as Executive Vice President and General Manager for the Commercial Division of Nice-Pak/PDI, the global expert in preventing infection and cross-contamination from bacteria in foodservice and healthcare settings. John also served as Chief Procurement Officer of U.S. Foodservice as well as Senior Vice President of Purchasing, Distribution, and Logistics for Unified Foodservice Purchasing Co-op, LLC (the co-op for Yum! Brands), where he oversaw the procurement and distribution interests of franchise and corporate stores across A&W, KFC, Long John Silver’s, Pizza Hut, and Taco Bell. John is a former member of the board of the Dave Thomas Foundation for Adoption. John previously chaired the Supply Chain Committee of the National Council of Chain Restaurants, and served on other various trade association Board and committees supporting the restaurant industry. From 1996 until 2003, Kevin served as Chairman, Chief Executive Officer and President of DIANON Systems, Inc., a publicly-traded cancer diagnostic services company. During that time, DIANON grew annual revenues from approximately $56 million to approximately $200 million, and the company's market capitalization grew from $45 million to approximately $600 million when it was sold to Laboratory Corporation of America (NYSE: LH) in January of 2003. Prior to joining DIANON, Mr. Johnson was employed by Quest Diagnostics and Quest's predecessor, the Life Sciences Division of Corning, Inc., for 18 years, and held numerous management and executive level positions.
Lee Kaplan is a board member at Point C, a Shore Capital portfolio company. Lee began his career as a CPA working For Ernst and Whinney in Los Angeles. In 1985 he joined Enterprise Holdings, Inc. Enterprise operates Enterprise Rent-A-Car, Alamo Rent-A-Car, National Car Rental, Enterprise Fleet Services, and Enterprise Truck Rental through a network of 9,600 corporate and franchised locations and over 2 million vehicles throughout the world. Over his 33-year career Lee held positions as Vice-President of Finance, Corporate Risk Officer, and Chief Administrative Officer. While overseeing the Company’s Risk functions, Lee developed the self-retained risk portfolio for the world’s largest fleet including captive insurance companies, claims administration, and agency operations. Lee was also responsible for Government Relations, Legal, Mergers and Acquisitions, Corporate Venture Capital, and Strategic Planning. Lee led acquisitions of fleet companies, technology companies, and adjacent businesses in excess of $2 billion. Enterprise also developed an active Corporate Venture fund in the emerging mobility sector. Lee attended the University of California, Santa Barbara and holds a BA in Business Economics and Accounting.

Additionally, Mr. Keil is the Former CEO of QASymphony, an enterprise SaaS company, which Mr. Keil led through a high-growth stage and subsequent merger with Tricentis. Mr. Keil also served as the CEO of Digistrive, Inc., a digital marketing and e-commerce provider, where he was focused on raising growth capital, building the leadership team, and executing a growth plan. Mr. Keil previously served as the CEO of Momentum Telecom, a market-leading provider of voice, data, and network service to cable and broadband organizations, which he led through two strategic acquisitions.

Larry is a healthcare executive with over 35 years of leadership experience in hospital and physician group management. He retired from Hospital Corporation of America (HCA) in December, 2011, after 28 years of senior leadership responsibility, most recently serving as the CEO of Centennial Medical Center from 1998-2005, and then the President of HCA’s TriStar Division from 2005-2011, with operational responsibility for 20 HCA hospitals and 10 ambulatory surgery centers throughout Tennessee, Georgia, and Kentucky. Ted has prior experience working with financial sponsors, previously serving as Chief Executive Officer of Plastimayd, a Private Equity-owned manufacturer of vinyl in-ground swimming pool liners and safety covers, for four years. He is also the former CFO of WayForth, leading the diligence and integration of four acquisitions. Lou previously served as the CFO of Liqui-Box, where he led a robust sale process with the CEO. Prior to his role at Liqui-Box, Lou spent 13 years at Precision Partners, serving as the Treasurer and VP of Finance before being promoted to CFO, where he led a variety of internal cost saving projects that helped grow the businesses’ EBITDA by 80%.

The company was sold to US Renal in 2013. Previously, Mr. Martin held roles as EVP and Chief Operating Officer of publicly traded Renal Care Group, (RCI) which sold to Fresenius in 2006. Gene draws from a deep background comprising of healthcare administration, business development, and operations.

Joe currently serves as Chief Business Officer at Great Lakes Caring, a home health, hospice care, and home medical equipment provider that serves more than 6,000 patients across Michigan, Indiana, and Ohio. Prior to his role at Great Lakes, Joe was an equity owner in Residential Home Health LLC, a small privately-owned Medicare certified home health care company in Michigan. Joe recruited, hired, trained and managed a group of over 25 sales professionals to build the company into the largest home health care agency in the state of Michigan, with over 450 full time employees. Joe completed and integrated the geographic expansion of Residential Home Health into Chicago with the acquisition of Edward Hospital Home Care, and grew that census from 89 upon transaction closing to a patient census of 275 in just 18 months.
