Kush also serves as a member of the Board of Directors of United Vision Partners, a private equity backed multi-site ophthalmology platform based in Minnesota. During his time as CEO, Vein Clinics of America grew from 3 centers to over 25 centers across 10 states. In addition, Mr. Agarwal served on the board of directors of IntegraMed America upon their acquisition of Vein Clinics of America in August 2007.
Hilarie Aitken is the CEO and Co-Owner at Navia Benefits Solutions and has been an integral part of the vision and growth of Navia for over 20 years. Her passion and expertise in the field have been a driving force in the expansion of consumer driven employee benefits throughout the region.
Jim currently serves on the Board of Directors of Nova Health. Jim is currently the Chief Operating Officer at Banfield Pet Hospitals, a nationwide provider of general veterinary services. Prior to his current position at Banfield, Jim served as President and CEO of CareMeridian, where he oversaw nursing and rehabilitative facilities. Michael is a co-founder of MD Holdings, an entrepreneur-owned holding company formed to acquire and grow a limited number of businesses with significant growth potential. From 2015—2017, Mr. Aubrey was Chief Executive Officer of StatLab Medical Products and successfully led the company through its sale to Cressey & Company. Prior to being appointed CEO, Michael served as Co-President of StatLab Medical Products from 2009 to 2015, where he had oversight of the company’s sales, marketing, product development, and technical support capabilities. Under Michael’s leadership, StatLab’s equity value increased 10x+ and the Company established itself as the premier anatomic pathology supplier in the United States. Prior to acquiring StatLab Medical Products, Michael was CEO of a parking lot facility management company where he grew facility revenues under management from $3 million to $20 million and headcount from 25 to 125 in less than five years. Michael also sits on the Boards of StatLab Medical Products, MedCerts, LLC., and Delasco Dermatological Supply Company.
Tom Bailey is a board member of SCP Interventional Radiology, a Shore Capital portfolio company. Tom joined NanoString Technologies as CFO in January 2018. He was formerly the CFO of Agamatrix and previously served as President and CEO for Angiotech Pharmaceuticals, Inc. until the fall of 2013, at which time he transitioned to Angiotech’s board. As CEO of Angiotech, Tom led the company through a successful operational restructuring, and concluded the sale of one of Angiotech’s two medical device products businesses, generating significant returns for Angiotech’s shareholders. Prior to being named Angiotech’s CEO in the fall of 2011, Tom served for six years as Angiotech’s CFO, and for two years as its Vice President of Business Development. Prior to Angiotech, Tom worked as an investment banker in the life sciences practice group at Credit Suisse First Boston and Donaldson, Lufkin & Jenrette.
Nate Bard serves as CEO of Triumph Orthopedics, Shore Capital’s orthopedic services platform investment, and as a Board Member for Column Health, Shore Capital's second medication-assisted treatment platform investment. Most recently, Nate previously lead ATI Physical Therapy’s (“ATI”) growth function, serving as its Chief Growth Officer. In this role, he was responsible for sales, marketing, mergers, acquisitions, and new clinic growth and openings. Nate joined ATI in 2014, bringing a background in private equity and investment banking experience. Originally from Michigan, Bard is a graduate of the University of Notre Dame with a degree in Finance. With a combination of strategic and financial expertise, Nate has helped ATI expand its acquisition capabilities with an analytical approach to decision making.
David Barr is a Board of Directors Member at Column Health, Shore Capital's second medication-assisted treatment platform investment. David currently serves as Chairman of PMTD Restaurants as well as Managing Director of Franworth, a professional services firm for and investor in franchise businesses. In connection with IFA, Barr has met with the White House, senators, congressmen and their staffs to discuss the impact of ACA on restaurant jobs. In addition, Barr has spoken about healthcare on Fox News, Fox & Friends, CNN Online, and his experiences have been written about by New York Times, International Business Times, and the Washington Examiner. David is the former Chairman of the International Franchise Association and has significant experience in opening retail locations through his involvement with Del Frisco’s Restaurant Group, Capriotti’s Sandwich Shops, Mrs. Fields and TCBY, the Jewelry Group, Pizza Hut, and several other consumer-retail businesses. David Barr began his career in Atlanta with Pricewaterhouse Coopers after attending the University of Virginia.
Dylan Bates currently serves on the Southern Veterinary Partners Board of Directors. Dylan is the Chief Executive Officer and President of ATI Physical Therapy Holdings, LLC (“ATI”) and also sits on ATI’s Board of Directors. Dylan joined ATI in 1999 to expand physical therapy services and has seen the company grow from 1 location in Illinois to nearly 300 locations across 10 states. ATI has undergone three private equity investments. It was initially bought by KRG Capital, a Denver-based private equity firm, in 2005, then sold to GTCR, a Chicago-based private equity firm in March 2010, and then repurchased by KRG in December 2012. Dylan is a licensed Physical Therapist with extensive experience in multi-site healthcare services and operations.

Greg Bell is the founder and CEO of Expansion Health, a technology to help health systems deliver multiple digital patient services into a single mobile app. Greg has over 35+ years building successful businesses in healthcare. Prior to Expansion Health, he founded HealthX, one of the first cloud-based technology companies in healthcare, and grew the business to the largest healthcare portal provider for U.S. health plans and payors. Prior, Greg also founded First Benefit Corp in 1982 and grew the company to one of the largest TPAs in the country in five years. Greg has a reputation for building solid teams that deliver exceptional healthcare services.
Dave has forty years of experience in food & beverage and CPG. Dave began his career at Procter & Gamble where he spent twenty-four years in product supply and supply chain management. In 2005 he joined the Campbell Soup Company where he served in several key supply chain leadership roles prior to assuming responsibility for the company’s global supply chain. Currently, Dave serves as Conagra’s Chief Supply Chain Officer, a role in which he has helped drive efficiencies and growth since 2015. Dave has end-to-end supply chain responsibilities for the company, overseeing manufacturing, procurement, engineering, environmental sustainability, health and safety, plant quality, customer logistics and planning, transportation and warehousing, and aviation and real estate/facilities teams. Dave is also a member of the board of directors for Ardent Mills, a Conagra Brands joint venture and also serves on the board for World Business Chicago.
Dan Bowen is a board member of Argentum Medical, a Shore Capital portfolio company. Dan founded Dempsey Ventures, an investment firm funded by his personal capital and focused on medical products, in 2006 and serves as its Chief Executive Officer. Prior to Dempsey Ventures, he served as the President and Chief Executive Officer of Aspen Surgical. In 1999, Dan formed Aspen Surgical Products and purchased a few single-use surgical product lines from a public company. He grew that business over ten-fold and sold a majority interest to RoundTable Healthcare Partners in 2006. He began his career in the healthcare industry at Baxter Healthcare working in several positions and eventually leaving it after serving as a regional sales manager and corporate account executive.

Diana Cantor currently serves on the Board of Directors of HowardSimon. Diana is a Partner at AIM13, an alternative investment management firm where she acts as a member of the Investment Committee and Board of Managers. Prior to joining AIM13, she was a Managing Director at New York Private Bank & Trust and served for over a decade as the founding Executive Director of the Virginia College Savings Plan, which she grew into the largest 529 savings plan in the nation. Prior to her state service, Diana was a Vice President at Goldman Sachs, where she served as Chief Administrator of the firm’s leveraged buyout funds, internal investment funds, and merchant banking operations. Bob is an accomplished healthcare and technology executive with thirty years of experience building and managing organizations to deliver long-term revenue and profit growth. He has lead or played a key role on multiple executive teams that successfully translated market needs into corporate strategy and then executed on the product, sales, marketing and client support initiatives needed to drive quantifiable business success. Bob’s key leadership experiences include working as a Manager at IBM in various marketing and sales roles in the 80's and 90's. He served in multiple executive positions at Healthx from 1999 to 2016. Healthx delivers a cloud-based Software as a Service platform serving the healthcare payer and TPA market delivering member and provider engagement solutions to drive efficiency and collaboration between health plans, providers and consumers. Bob was the Chief Growth Officer at ELAP Services, a solution provider to self-insured employers providing price transparency solutions. He has worked at High Alpha, a SaaS Venture Capital firm, in one of their portfolio companies Doxly that is focused on automating M&A transactions for large law firms. He now leads the growth strategy at Beyond Payroll, an analytics company focused on the Human Capital Management space. Bob received a Bachelor of Science in Quantitative Business Analysis from Indiana University – Kelley School of Business.
Angela currently serves on the Board of Directors of Elevate Women’s Health. Angela is currently the Executive Director of Lexington Eye Associates, a physician-owned ophthalmology group based in the Boston Area. Previously, Angela served as the CEO of Northeast Dermatology Associates, one of the largest physician-owned dermatology practices in the United States and the market leader in the New England region with 15 clinical locations and more than 35 providers across Maine, Massachusetts, and New Hampshire. Prior to Northeast, Angela was a Vice President of Operations at The Dermatology Group.
Dr. Howard Chrisman is a board member of SCP Interventional Radiology, PartnerCare, and Together Women's Health, Shore Capital portfolio companies. Dr. Chrisman was named President of Northwestern Medical Group in October 2015. He has been on staff at the hospital since his fellowship in 1997. Dr. Chrisman also holds the roles of Interim Chair of Anesthesiology and Vice Chairman of Finance and Operations for the Feinberg School of Medicine’s Radiology Department. Furthermore, he is a professor of radiology and surgery at Feinberg.

Matt currently serves as a Group Vice President of Retail Operations at Meijer and has held a variety of executive management positions with the company since 2009. Prior to joining Meijer, Matt served as Vice President of Operations at Lotus Supercenters where he was responsible for creating and implementing standard operating procedures and training plans for 32,000 associates in mainland China. Before joining Lotus, Matt served in several corporate and store level leadership positions at Wal-Mart from 1999-2007. Matt currently sits on the University of San Diego Engineering School Board of Directors.
Jan Creidenberg serves as Lead Independent Director and board member of Argentum Medical, as well as board member of Innovia Medical, two of Shore Capital's portfolio companies. He most recently served as Vice President, General Manager for the Infection Prevention business of CareFusion, Inc. a global medical technology company. Jan was responsible for leading marketing initiatives in the U.S. and internationally, including currently marketed products, market research, and commercial development of new products. Jan has over 20 years of domestic and international marketing and communications experience in pharmaceuticals, healthcare and consumer brands. Jan joined Carefusion following the acquisition of Enturia Inc. where he led all aspects of marketing to successfully commercialize ChloraPrep® and related products in markets outside the United States.
Tim Danison is a co-founder and current CEO of Tabula Health. Tabula is a financial services organization focused on healthcare and reinventing the financial relationship between healthcare providers and their patients. Prior to Tabula Health, Tim was an entrepreneur and executive in various Saas/enterprise software and technology-enabled service companies. Tim has been an early-stage employee and co-founder of multiple companies throughout his career. Tim has expertise in various stages of growth including capital raising, new product development, client services realignment and organizational scaling, sales management, professional services delivery, and mergers & acquisitions. Significant and successful track record in bringing new products and services to market and creating reference clients and partner channel opportunities. Bob was also a member of the Board of Directors of ClearPath Diagnostics, a former Shore laboratory services portfolio company serving the women’s health industry. Bob has been Director of Clinical Laboratories at Rush University Medical Center since 1991 and serves as Chairman of the Department of Pathology at Rush Medical College in Chicago. In addition to serving on multiple lab company boards, Bob is a Director for VWR a worldwide distributor of scientific equipment and supplies with $4 billion in global sales.

Todd currently serves as President of Clear Choice Dental Implants, the largest dental implant company in the United States. Clear Choice is a twice Private Equity-backed business, first by L Catterton and then acquired by Sun Capital. Oceans Healthcare provides inpatient and outpatient behavioral healthcare services in Texas, Louisiana and Mississippi. Ernest Healthcare is a leading provider of post-acute services. Breath Diagnostics is focused on the early detection of lung cancer through the use of its innovative and proprietary breath analysis technology. From January 2018 until August 2019 Mr. Douglas served as a Board Member and Executive Chairman of KureSmart Pain Management. Dino Eliopoulos currently serves on the Board of Directors of both Southern Veterinary Partners and SouthStar Urgent Care, and has more than 20 years of experience leading healthcare organizations. Dino is currently the Chief Executive Officer of Behavioral Innovations, one of Shore Capital's current platform investments in the autism services sector. Most recently, he was a senior vice president and Chief Financial Officer of Provista, a leading healthcare-focused performance improvement company. Prior to his role at Provista, Dino was the Chief Financial Officer of MedExpress, a multi-state urgent care company. At MedExpress, Dino expanded the company from a 4 clinic operation into to 60+ clinics with over $180 million in revenue. He was responsible for overseeing real estate activities at MedExpress, including site selection and build-out of final 40 clinics. Prior to MedExpress, Dino held various executive leadership positions with PricewaterhouseCoopers, Access Plans USA, Trinity Hospice, and Precis.

Randy currently serves on the Board of Directors for Golden Bear Therapy Partners, a Shore Capital portfolio company. Randy is also the President & Co-Founder of Revolution PT and Weight Loss, based in Chicago. He founded and served as the CEO of Accelerated Rehab Centers, until the sale of Accelerated to Gryphon Investors (Accelerated would later become part of Athletico). He previously served in the Peace Corps in Bogota, Columbia.
Dr. Eugene Gabianelli, a board-certified, highly respected ophthalmologist, has practiced in Atlanta since 1992, and founded Georgia Eye Partners in 1999. His primary areas of focus are LASIK, cataract and corneal transplantation surgery. His LASIK experience began in 1995 as a co-investigator for the Summit Omnimed laser. He has extensive experience with the Nidek, Visx and Wavelight Allegretto Lasik platforms. His combined Lasik and refractive cataract surgical experience totals over 30,000 procedures. His refractive cataract practice includes all varieties of intraocular lens technology including specialty multifocal and toric lenses coupled with femtosecond laser cataract surgery. He is also active in laser vision correction following cataract surgery and corneal transplantation.
Susan has over 30 years of experience in broader food and beverage industry and has been a C-suite executive across many firms of varying sizes.
Mike George currently serves on the ClearPath Diagnostics Board of Directors. From 1998 to 2001, Mike served as the President, COO and CEO of UroCor, Inc. a 430 employee laboratory that specialized in oncology products and services for Urologists. Prior to Mike’s arrival, the company struggled to grow, was consistently unprofitable and was embroiled in a Department of Justice investigation into Medicare Fraud and Abuse. Mike successfully negotiated a settlement with the Department of Justice and returned the company to profitable growth. During Mike’s tenure the company increased revenue by 50% to $60 million and saw the stock price appreciate more than 600% with market capitalization growing from $28 million to $190 million. In addition to driving rapid growth, Mike successfully installed infrastructure and financial discipline to ensure continued revenue and earnings growth. In 2001, the company was sold to DIANON.

In addition, Mr. Heizer serves as an Advisory Partner of Tyree & D’Angelo Partners.
Brad has over 30 years’ experience in various management roles in the food, beverage and packaging sectors. Brad is the Founder and Principal at 21 Elephants LLC, an independent advisory firm providing corporate strategy, M&A, and operational improvement services. Prior to 21 Elephants, Brad led Amcor’s North American Flexible Packaging Business. His Amcor tenure also includes global leadership roles as Vice President of Corporate Development & Strategy, Director of Strategic Marketing and Director of Acquisitions and Integration and Global Director of Medical Products. Prior to his tenure at Amcor, Brad was a Senior Management Consultant within the Strategy and Process Improvement Practice at Arthur D. Little. He also served as the Global Category & Key Account Director of Beverage at Graphic Packaging International.
Phil is a national behavioral healthcare expert with over 45 years of experience. He is a featured speaker on clinical excellence and addiction treatment with keynote and panel conference presentations for the West Coast Symposium of Addiction Disorders, the National Association of Addiction Treatment Providers (NAATP), Moment of Change, and the CRC Health Group Professional Development Workshop. Most recently, Phil served as Chief Clinical Officer for CRC Health Group where he was responsible for the measurement and improvement of clinical services and the research and development of new treatment technologies. Specifically, Phil oversaw all MAT activities at CRC which was the nation’s largest provider of MAT services prior to the sale to Acadia. He also oversaw the CRC Clinical Advisory Board of distinguished healthcare industry experts. Before joining CRC in 2002, Phil served as Chief Executive Officer of Behavioral Health Concepts, a national mental health management company that he founded in 1993. He also spent eight years with Republic/OrNda Health Corporation where he developed and managed free-standing psychiatric and substance abuse treatment hospitals. Phil began his career as a Clinical Psychologist in Southern California where he practiced for 10 years.

Terry is the Managing Partner of Northwood Healthcare Partners, a healthcare private investment firm based in Washington, D.C. Previously, Terry served as a Managing Director of Flexpoint Ford, an industry focused private equity firm specializing in healthcare and financial services. Terry has worked with healthcare companies for 30 years, including companies in almost every sub-segment of healthcare services, including significant experience with physician practice management companies and ASCs. Terry began his career in investment banking and worked in the business for over 19 years. During his career in investment banking, Terry led the healthcare M&A business for Credit Suisse and successfully advised companies on over $20 billion of transactions.
John has extensive executive leadership experience serving the restaurant, retail, distribution and amusement park industries. John served the Wendy’s system for over 11 years, leading the launch of Wendy’s Quality Supply Chain Cooperative in January 2010, which manages over $4 billion in spend annually for Wendy’s restaurants. John’s range of executive experience - including supply chain, distribution, procurement, and operations - gives him powerful insight into every link of the foodservice industry and a keen understanding of the trends impacting the channel. Prior to joining Wendy’s QSCC, John served in the manufacturing and distribution sector as Executive Vice President and General Manager for the Commercial Division of Nice-Pak/PDI, the global expert in preventing infection and cross-contamination from bacteria in foodservice and healthcare settings. John also served as Chief Procurement Officer of U.S. Foodservice as well as Senior Vice President of Purchasing, Distribution, and Logistics for Unified Foodservice Purchasing Co-op, LLC (the co-op for Yum! Brands), where he oversaw the procurement and distribution interests of franchise and corporate stores across A&W, KFC, Long John Silver’s, Pizza Hut, and Taco Bell. John is a former member of the board of the Dave Thomas Foundation for Adoption. John previously chaired the Supply Chain Committee of the National Council of Chain Restaurants, and served on other various trade association Board and committees supporting the restaurant industry. Kevin Johnson previously sat on the Board of Directors for ClearPath Diagnostics, a realized Shore portfolio company. He has over 26 years of experience in the lab diagnostics industry. From 1996 until 2003, Kevin served as Chairman, Chief Executive Officer and President of DIANON Systems, Inc., a publicly-traded cancer diagnostic services company. During that time, DIANON grew annual revenues from approximately $56 million to approximately $200 million, and the company's market capitalization grew from $45 million to approximately $600 million when it was sold to Laboratory Corporation of America (NYSE: LH) in January of 2003. Prior to joining DIANON, Mr. Johnson was employed by Quest Diagnostics and Quest's predecessor, the Life Sciences Division of Corning, Inc., for 18 years, and held numerous management and executive level positions.

Enterprise operates Enterprise Rent-A-Car, Alamo Rent-A-Car, National Car Rental, Enterprise Fleet Services, and Enterprise Truck Rental through a network of 9,600 corporate and franchised locations and over 2 million vehicles throughout the world. Over his 33-year career Lee held positions as Vice-President of Finance, Corporate Risk Officer, and Chief Administrative Officer. While overseeing the Company’s Risk functions, Lee developed the self-retained risk portfolio for the world’s largest fleet including captive insurance companies, claims administration, and agency operations. Lee was also responsible for Government Relations, Legal, Mergers and Acquisitions, Corporate Venture Capital, and Strategic Planning. Lee led acquisitions of fleet companies, technology companies, and adjacent businesses in excess of $2 billion. Enterprise also developed an active Corporate Venture fund in the emerging mobility sector. Lee attended the University of California, Santa Barbara and holds a BA in Business Economics and Accounting.
Mark Kaufman is the Founder and former Chief Executive Officer of Athletico Physical Therapy (“Athletico”) and has over 22 years of experience in the physical therapy industry. Mark has grown Athletico from a single location in Chicago in 1991 to a leading physical therapy provider in the Midwest with more than 500 locations throughout 12 states. Athletico offers physical and occupational therapy, athletic training and personal fitness services. Prior to his role at Great Lakes, Joe was an equity owner in Residential Home Health LLC, a small privately-owned Medicare certified home health care company in Michigan. Joe recruited, hired, trained and managed a group of over 25 sales professionals to build the company into the largest home health care agency in the state of Michigan, with over 450 full time employees. Joe completed and integrated the geographic expansion of Residential Home Health into Chicago with the acquisition of Edward Hospital Home Care, and grew that census from 89 upon transaction closing to a patient census of 275 in just 18 months.

These innovations have yielded dozens of patents, competitively advantaged revenue growth, significant cost savings, and growing market share. Most recently, Rocco was recruited by a private equity group comprised of KKR, Vestar Capital Partners, and Centerview Capital to accelerate growth through innovation at Del Monte & Big Heart Pet Brands. Rocco played a critical role in the leadership of Big Heart’s rapid growth and eventual sale to JM Smucker and Del Monte Foods' sale to Del Monte Pacific. Prior to his time with Big Heart, Rocco spent 24 years in R&D and Innovation at PepsiCo and led the entire R&D function as SVP of R&D for Frito Lay World Wide.
David Pegg is the Chief Development Officer for Dental Care Alliance, one of the largest dental support organizations in the United States. Dave leads the organization’s aggressive growth strategy to expand the number of dental offices through mergers, acquisitions, equity partnerships, and de novo opportunities. Dave brings significant experience as an investor and advisor in the healthcare services industry for more than 20 years. He started his private equity career with MVP Capital Partners in Philadelphia and was recently a partner with Enhanced Equity Funds in New York. As part of his responsibilities, he has evaluated and been involved with numerous provider-based multi-site healthcare companies, including those in the dental space. Since 2018 Ryan has served as the CEO of The Ruskin Group, an industry-leading global sustainable packaging company headquartered in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania with operations throughout North America, Asia, Europe, and the Middle East. Ryan transitioned to the Chief Executive Officer role with the firm in 2008. His previous experience includes roles as President of Jeanette Paper Company, a full range of packaging services provider and distributor, and Executive Vice President of Sterling Packaging. In addition, Ryan current serves as the Non-Executive Chairman of My Eco and is a Member of the Board of Trustees at the Chicago Field Museum.
Bryan has more than 27 years of marketing experience in public and private equity organizations in both B2B and B2C capacities. Currently, Bryan is the Founder and CEO of Youngstown Twin Labs Consulting and Investments LLC where he works with private equity groups, healthcare corporations, B2B and B2C clients domestically and internationally. Most recently, Bryan was an Executive Vice President & Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) at Crane Capital Group Inc. and was previously at Vision Source®, a $2.5B eye care retail company where he was SVP and CMO of 3,500+ franchise locations in the United States. He also has experience at Johnson & Johnson and at BIOMET, a leading global orthopedic and dental manufacturer. Mr. Pinciaro has launched 35 brands in consumer packaged goods, vision care, dentistry, orthopedics, logistics, supply chain, international freight and medical devices.
Tom currently serves as the Chief Integration Officer at Ferrara Candy and recently announced his retirement effective at the end of 2019. Tom has held a number of critical leadership roles during his 15 year career with the company, including President of Ferrara. As Chief Integration Officer, Tom assists with planning, design and execution of projects to achieve the underlying financial model developed to support the integration of the Ferrara and Nestlé U.S. Confections businesses. Earlier in his career, Tom led the successful acquisition of Farley’s and Sathers and its merger with Ferrara Pan, which became Ferrara Candy Co. Prior to the merger, Tom was COO of Ferrara Pan, growing the company’s sales from $100 million to more than $300 million annually.

Greg Pritchard is a board member of Innovia Medical, a Shore Capital portfolio company. He is the former Chief Executive Officer of Surgical Solutions, LLC. Prior to Surgical Solutions, Mr. Pritchard served as Senior Vice President and President, Surgical and Respiratory Care at Hill-Rom Corp. From 2006 to 2012, he served as President and Chief Executive Officer of Aspen Surgical prior to Hill-Rom’s acquisition for $400 million. He has more than 30 years of experience in the healthcare industry, serving in management positions at American Hospital Supply, Baxter, Allegiance Healthcare and Cardinal Health. Mr. Pritchard serves as Chairman of the Governing Council for Advocate Condell Medical Center in Illinois.
Chris currently serves on the Board of Directors of Southern Orthodontic Partners. Chris most recently served as Senior Vice President and Managing Director of the Americas region for Align Technology. He joined Align in 2006 as a Sales Director and in 2008 became Senior Director for the Eastern sales area, which doubled its revenue under his leadership. As Vice President of Sales Strategy, he led Align's go to market strategy and managed the integration of the North American scanner and CAD/CAM services sales organization. Mr. Puco has more than 20 years of experience in the medical device industry, holding sales management positions in both starts-ups and established corporate environments. Prior to Align, he was with United States Surgical Corporation, General Surgical Innovations, Baxter BioSurgery and Fusion Medical Technologies.</p><p>Chris holds a B.A. from Stockton State College.
Alyssa Rapp currently serves of the Board of Directors of Elevate Women’s Health. Alyssa is currently the CEO of Surgical Solutions, a provider of non-clinical surgical services for minimally invasive surgical procedures to hospitals. Previously, she was the Managing Partner of AJR Ventures, where she provided strategic advisory services to family offices and PE firms.
Brad has over 20 years of experience in the food safety and quality industry and has worked with hundreds of clients providing expertise and technology driven services that support the production of safe, ethical, and sustainable food throughout the world.
Frank currently serves on the Board of Directors for Golden Bear Therapy Partners, a Shore Capital portfolio company. Frank was a founding partner of PRO Physical Therapy (PRO PT), a Wilmington, Delaware based provider of outpatient physical therapy services. Frank and a partner started PRO Physical Therapy in 1995, generating $200 thousand in revenue during its first year of operation. Eleven years and 18 locations later, PRO grew to over $19 million in revenue. In 2006, Frank and his partners sold the company to a private equity firm. In 2012, Frank and a business partner formed Occupational Health Services of Delaware, d/b/a WorkPRO Occupational Health (WorkPRO). The company, which employed physicians and nurse practitioners, provided urgent care services to injured workers. In addition to focusing on workers compensation, WorkPRO also provided drug testing, physicals, and other employer services. In 2015, Frank and his partner sold WorkPRO to a private equity firm. In 2017, Frank and a partner purchased Professional Pulmonary Services, Inc., a New Jersey based durable medical equipment company, which he continues to operate today.
Dr. Mark Rosenblum is a board member of SCP Interventional Radiology, a Shore Capital portfolio company. Dr. Rosenblum is the former Chair Emeritus of the Department of Neurosurgery in the Henry Ford Health System (HFHS), where he developed a department of 32 physicians and scientists that was nationally recognized for research and clinical excellence. There he founded and served as Co-Director of the nationally recognized Hermelin Brain Tumor Center and the HFHS Neuroscience Institute. He also was one of 4 leaders that developed a new patient-focused Henry Ford West Bloomfield Hospital where he served as Vice President of Clinical Programs and Director of its Center for Health Services Transformation. He has served on multiple hospital boards and on the Medtronic Neuroscience Strategic Advisory Board.
