Based in Sarasota, FL, Ackerman Trade Services is a provider of commercial plumbing services. The company offers building information modeling, medical gas system installation, plumbing services, and installation, as well as ground penetrating radar, AutoCAD, and Trimble total station layout services.

Agentis Longevity (headquartered in Nashville, TN) endeavors to be the leading longevity services platform across the United States. Through M&A and de novos, we plan to assemble a network of longevity practices and providers, all focused on our goal of helping our patients live longer, happier, and healthier lives. The services offered will include hormone optimization, peptides, medically-assisted weight loss, exosomes, stem cells, and comprehensive metabolic, genetic, and gut health testing.

Founded in 2001 and located in Geneva, IL, Argentum manufactures and sells innovative wound care products across a wide number of clinical applications, including the Silverlon® (“Silverlon”) brand, its rapidly-growing, proprietary range of silver-based antimicrobial products.

 

Behavioral Innovations (Dallas, TX) provides center-based applied behavior analysis therapy, speech therapy and occupational therapy services to children ages birth through 18 with autism spectrum disorder and other related developmental disabilities in multiple states. Shore sold Behavioral Innovations to Tenex Capital Management in June of 2024. At the time of the sale, Behavioral Innovations had 77 centers across Texas, Oklahoma, and Colorado.

BrightView (Cincinnati, OH) is an outpatient addiction medicine practice based on clinical best practices and outcomes measures. Through the use of medical treatment in conjunction with psychological and social services, BrightView delivers the necessary support to help patients meet both their mental and physical goals.

Bundled Management was founded in 2018 to offer a full range of property management, maintenance, and other ancillary services to homeowner associations (“HOAs”) and real estate investors. Founded upon a mission of providing property owners with highly professional management services, Bundled has become a trusted name in the industry, known for its state-of-the-art technology, experienced industry teams, and dedication to the highest levels of customer satisfaction.

C2Dx is a Kalamazoo, MI-based medical device company that invests in and refines the delivery of valuable, niche products to propel their growth and accessibility worldwide. Started in early 2019 and founded by industry experts, C2Dx is committed to providing leading medical products and superior customer service while continually evolving to ensure that healthcare providers have the devices and technology they need.

In October 2016 Shore announced the sale of ClearPath Diagnostics (“ClearPath”), a leading provider of laboratory diagnostic services in the Northeastern United States, to Laboratory Corporation of America® Holdings (LabCorp®) (NYSE: LH), the world’s leading healthcare diagnostics company. Together, Shore Capital and ClearPath executed a growth strategy that extended the company’s geographic reach to four states and expanded the service menu to include new cutting-edge tests. The growth was driven by organic initiatives as ClearPath expanded the sales force from one professional to a team of nine highly trained business development experts and implemented LEAN processes that ensured best-in-class turnaround times.

Column restores hope to individuals and families suffering from these debilitating illnesses through evidence-based world-class treatment and education, while conducting industry-leading research and analysis to continuously improve the efficacy of treatment and service delivery. Column merged with BrightView in July 2022.

Connexure offers integrated software solutions for the medical employer stop loss market. Connexure’s core product, ESLoffice, is the dominant technology solution used by direct writers and managed general underwriters (“MGUs”) for stop loss underwriting and is critical to carriers’ provision of services. Connexure’s complimentary solutions, BenefitConnect and Claimpoint, are offered to Brokers and Third-Party Administrators (“TPAs”) to drive additional efficiencies across the industry.

Courser is an IT Managed Service Provider (“MSP”) based in Greenville, South Carolina.  Courser primarily serves small and medium sized businesses and provides outsourced IT services including managed IT infrastructure, cloud services, remote backup, and hardware/software procurement.

Elevate Women’s Health (“Elevate”) is an obstetrics and gynecology services provider offering comprehensive medical and surgical obstetrics and gynecology services including in-office procedures, pelvic support treatment, and minimally invasive surgical techniques. Elevate merged with Together Women’s Health in February of 2023.

Empower Aesthetics (“Empower”) is a medical spa services provider headquartered in Austin, Texas. Empower Aesthetics offers patients comprehensive medical spa and aesthetic services, including neurotoxin injections (i.e. Botox), filler injections (lips, cheeks, etc.), body contouring, laser skin treatments, and other minimally invasive medical spa services. The Empower Aesthetics management team and Shore Capital Partners plan to grow the platform through strategic acquisition opportunities and de novos across the Eastern half of the United States.

In October 2022, Shore Capital Partners (“Shore”) announced the sale of EyeSouth Partners (“EyeSouth”), a leading provider of comprehensive ophthalmology services across the eastern United States, to Olympus Partners (“Olympus”). Shore formed EyeSouth in 2017 with the goal of creating a leading ophthalmology platform in the South and providing the highest level of support to its practices and clinicians. At the time of founding, Shore completed a strategic partnership with Georgia Eye Partners and its founding physician, Dr. Eugene Gabianelli, was appointed Chief Medical Officer of EyeSouth. Led by Chief Executive Officer Rex Adams, EyeSouth grew its affiliate network from 5 locations to over 155 locations throughout Georgia, Texas, Louisiana, Florida, Tennessee, Ohio, Kentucky, Pennsylvania, Alabama, North Carolina and Illinois. The growth was driven by organic and M&A initiatives, as well as EyeSouth’s ability to support its affiliated practices and physician partners with strategic guidance, administrative resources, operating expertise and capital with an absolute focus on clinical quality and a patient-first culture.
