Based in Sarasota, FL, Ackerman Trade Services is a provider of commercial plumbing services. The company offers building information modeling, medical gas system installation, plumbing services, and installation, as well as ground penetrating radar, AutoCAD, and Trimble total station layout services.

Alliance Markets & Vending (“AM&V”) is assembling a best-in-class, national network of micro market and vending companies. AM&V partners with founders who are leaders in local markets and combines platform resources, entrepreneurial agility, and shared learnings to best serve their customers.

Founded in 2001 and located in Geneva, IL, Argentum manufactures and sells innovative wound care products across a wide number of clinical applications, including the Silverlon® (“Silverlon”) brand, its rapidly-growing, proprietary range of silver-based antimicrobial products.

 

Behavioral Innovations (Dallas, TX) provides center-based applied behavior analysis therapy, speech therapy and occupational therapy services to children ages birth through 18 with autism spectrum disorder and other related developmental disabilities in multiple states. Shore sold Behavioral Innovations to Tenex Capital Management in June of 2024. At the time of the sale, Behavioral Innovations had 77 centers across Texas, Oklahoma, and Colorado.

BrightView (Cincinnati, OH) is an outpatient addiction medicine practice based on clinical best practices and outcomes measures. Through the use of medical treatment in conjunction with psychological and social services, BrightView delivers the necessary support to help patients meet both their mental and physical goals. Shore Capital Partners recapitalized BrightView in December of 2021. At the time of the original investment, BrightView had 4 locations and served approximately 900 patients in 1 state. As of October of 2021, BrightView had grown to 51 locations and served over 11,000 patients in 4 states.

Column Health (“Column”) facilitates full recovery from mental illness and substance use disorders; enabling stability and self-actualization for our patients and team members. Column restores hope to individuals and families suffering from these debilitating illnesses through evidence-based world-class treatment and education, while conducting industry-leading research and analysis to continuously improve the efficacy of treatment and service delivery. Column merged with BrightView in July 2022.

Connexure offers integrated software solutions for the medical employer stop loss market. Connexure’s core product, ESLoffice, is the dominant technology solution used by direct writers and managed general underwriters (“MGUs”) for stop loss underwriting and is critical to carriers’ provision of services. Connexure’s complimentary solutions, BenefitConnect and Claimpoint, are offered to Brokers and Third-Party Administrators (“TPAs”) to drive additional efficiencies across the industry.

Courser is an IT Managed Service Provider (“MSP”) based in Greenville, South Carolina.  Courser primarily serves small and medium sized businesses and provides outsourced IT services including managed IT infrastructure, cloud services, remote backup, and hardware/software procurement.

Founded in 1947 and based in Memphis, Tennessee, Dillard has been a trusted partner in providing complete security solutions to commercial, industrial, and residential clients across the Mid-South for over 75 years. Dillard’s “Curb to Dock” solutions cover everything from physical equipment such as overhead doors, pedestrian doors, gates, and dock systems to electronic technologies such as access control and surveillance. Dillard serves a wide range of industries, including distribution, manufacturing, education, healthcare, real estate, and government.

Headquartered just outside of Toronto in Ontario, Canada, Dynamic Connections is a third-party logistics (“3PL”) provider that concentrates on Less than Truckload (“LTL”) shipments across the U.S. and Canada. The Company focuses on specialized shipments including fragile products, expedited shipments, and high value goods transportation.

Empower Aesthetics (“Empower”) is a medical spa services provider headquartered in Austin, Texas. Empower Aesthetics offers patients comprehensive medical spa and aesthetic services, including neurotoxin injections (i.e. Botox), filler injections (lips, cheeks, etc.), body contouring, laser skin treatments, and other minimally invasive medical spa services. The Empower Aesthetics management team and Shore Capital Partners plan to grow the platform through strategic acquisition opportunities and de novos across the Eastern half of the United States.
