Logan Pitts

Logan is a Vice President at Shore Capital, a microcap private equity firm focused on partnering with companies that have between $1-10 million of EBITDA. Logan’s responsibilities include conducting due diligence on new investment opportunities and implementing value creation initiatives within portfolio companies, with a focus on healthcare.

 

Prior to joining Shore, Logan worked as a Senior Associate at RoundTable Healthcare Partners, a middle market healthcare-focused investment firm in Chicago. While at RoundTable, Logan focused on the consumer healthcare, dental, and medical device markets, including RoundTable’s platform investments in Advantice Health, Revision Skincare / Goodier Cosmetics, TIDI Products, and DDS Lab. Before joining RoundTable, Logan worked as an Analyst in Barclays’ Investment Banking Division.

 

Logan received his B.B.A., with highest distinction, from the Ross School of Business at the University of Michigan. Outside of work, Logan volunteers as a mentor with iMentor and as a Board Member of PilotLight’s Development Board.
