John Fioriti

John is an Associate at Shore Capital, a microcap private equity firm focused on partnering with companies that have between $1-10 million of EBITDA. John is responsible for conducting due diligence on new investment opportunities and for implementing value creation initiatives within portfolio investments.

 

Prior to joining Shore, John worked as an Associate in healthcare investment banking at Houlihan Lokey in Chicago. John also worked as an Analyst at Livingstone Partners, an investment banking firm in Chicago. He also served in the United States Army as a Military Intelligence Officer.

 

John received his BBA with a concentration in finance with honors from the Ross School of Business at the University of Michigan.
