Erica Kasperkowiak

Erica currently serves as Senior Vice President and Practice Lead of the Private Equity Human Capital Risk practice at CAC Specialty, where she specializes in advising private equity clients on portfolio risk and mitigation strategies. Erica previously served as Senior Vice President as part of the Portfolio Management team at Hauser, and as a Director with Alvarez & Marsal’s Insurance and Risk Advisory Services practice. Throughout her career, Erica has developed extended experience over multiple roles in risk and portfolio management.
