Mike Chmieleswki

Mike is a Principal at Shore Capital, a lower middle-market private equity firm focused on partnering with companies that have between $1-10 million of EBITDA. Mike’s responsibilities include sourcing, evaluating, and enabling the growth of Shore investments in the industrials industry.

 

Prior to joining Shore, Mike was a Senior Vice President in the flagship lower-middle market private equity fund of H.I.G. Capital, a global investment firm based in Miami. Before H.I.G., Mike was an investment professional at Stone-Goff Partners and NXT Capital.

 

Mike received a BBA and Master of Accounting from the University of Michigan and an MBA from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology.
