Malena Hirsch

Malena is a Manager at Shore Capital Partners, a lower middle-market private equity firm focused on partnering with companies that have between $1-10 million of EBITDA. Malena’s responsibilities include working with portfolio company management teams to improve operational performance, implement strategic initiatives, and prepare acquired platforms for add-on acquisitions and de novo growth.

Prior to joining Shore, Malena was a Business Transformation Manager at Centene Corporation, where she led transformation initiatives across Claims and Configuration Operations supporting the company’s Medicaid, Medicare, and Marketplace markets. She mobilized cross-functional teams to strengthen claims performance and operational discipline while serving as a trusted advisor to executive leadership. Before Centene, Malena was a Senior Consultant at Wavestone Consulting, where she led strategy, operational effectiveness, and change management engagements across healthcare, life sciences, and manufacturing.

Malena holds a Master of Business Administration from the University of Pittsburgh Katz Graduate School of Business, a Master of Healthcare Administration from the University of Pittsburgh Graduate School of Public Health, and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from the University of Cincinnati.
