Kevin Patterson

Kevin currently serves as Vice President of Real Estate Development at Shore Capital Partners and leads project development, design, construction, capital planning, and business development.

 

Kevin brings 15 years of experience in the healthcare Real Estate, multi-site management, technology, financial planning, and healthcare distribution.

 

Prior to joining Shore, Kevin has served as VP of Real Estate for Mission Veterinary Partners. While at MVP, Kevin led various departments including Real Estate, Information technology, and Procurement. Prior to MVP, Kevin led Radiology and Design Services for Covetrus North America, the country’s largest veterinary distribution company.

 

Kevin received his B.A. in Microbiology from The Ohio State University.
