Jon Metzgar

Jon is a Partnership Development Manager at Shore Capital, a lower middle-market private equity firm focused on partnering with companies that have between $1-10 million of EBITDA. Desmond is responsible for driving acquisition growth through various business development efforts.

 

Prior to joining Shore, Jon led the deal sourcing and origination efforts within the Software and Technology sectors at Hyde Park Capital, where he led outreach efforts to company executives who were considering their exit and growth opportunities. Prior to that, he led similar M&A deal origination initiatives for a family office in Nashville as well as a PE-backed software company in London.

 

Jon grew up outside of Boston, MA and moved here to Chicago from Tampa, FL. He earned his B.S. from Elon University in North Carolina.
