Jacob Balley

Jacob is a Principal on the Talent team at Shore Capital, a microcap private equity firm focused on partnering with companies that have between $1-10 million of EBITDA. Jacob is responsible for leading Shore’s CXO program. The goal of the program is to recruit and place highly motivated executives into Shore portfolio companies and support them with training, mentorship, and coaching to accelerate their growth and fast track them into C-suite positions.

 

Previously, Jacob served as VP Talent at Alpine Investors where he was responsible for talent acquisition & post-hire experience for the CEO-in-Training program. Prior to Alpine, Jacob was a Director at SPMB, a boutique executive search firm based in San Francisco.

 

Jacob graduated with a B.S. in Business & Economics from The University of Southern California.‍
