Gabriella Zukerman

Gabriella is a Manager on the Shore Resource Team at Shore Capital Partners, a microcap private equity firm focused on partnering with companies that have between $1-10 million of EBITDA. Gabriella’s responsibilities include working with portfolio company management teams to improve operational performance, implement strategic initiatives, and prepare for add-on acquisitions and de novo growth.

 

Prior to joining Shore, Gabriella was a Manager at KPMG in Chicago within the Deal Advisory – Financial Due Diligence practice. While at KPMG, Gabriella specialized in providing buy-side and sell-side financial due diligence services to middle-market private equity clients across multiple verticals including business services, consumer products, and industrials. Gabriella’s main responsibilities included analyzing target company data to provide meaningful insights around quality of earnings, net working capital, and financial and operating trends.

 

Gabriella received her B.S. in Accounting and Finance with distinction from the Kelley School of Business at Indiana University, where she also co-majored in Technology Management. Gabriella is a Certified Public Accountant in the state of Illinois.
