Frank Conroy

Frank is the Director of our Microcap Honors Program, a national recognition platform celebrating the most compelling founder-led and microcap operators in the U.S. lower middle market from companies that have between $1-10M EBITDA. Frank leads the program, and is responsible for end-to-end execution including nominations, judging, selection of finalists and winners, and the live awards ceremony. He is the focal point for stakeholder engagement and engaging with America’s innovators and entrepreneurs to recognize them on the national stage.

 

Frank is an Army officer and Special Operations Veteran with over ten years of experience in leading organizations and teams as a Green Beret and infantry officer during deployments to the Middle East, Central Asia, and Africa. He served in historic units such as the 101st Airborne Division and 5th Special Forces Group.

 

Frank has a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering from the United States Military Academy at West Point and is an MBA Candidate at University of Chicago Booth School of Business.
