Emily Paloian

Emily Paloian is a Manager of AI Solutions at Shore Capital, a lower middle-market private equity firm focused on partnering with companies generating between $1 million and $10 million of EBITDA. Emily leads Shore’s efforts to identify, develop, and implement AI solutions that drive operational leverage across the firm and its portfolio companies.​

Prior to joining Shore, Emily was a Generative AI Product Lead at Mosai, where she led end-to-end product strategy and development of a generative AI product line in health technology. Earlier in her career, Emily was a Managing Consultant at Inspire11, where she provided technology consulting services to private equity clients and portfolio companies, specializing in product management and technology due diligence. She also spent nearly a decade at FactSet Research Systems, where she held a series of roles spanning product strategy, principal product management, and client consulting across investment banking and private equity workflows.​

Emily earned her B.S. in Finance, Investment & Banking from the University of Wisconsin – Madison.
