Cyrus Hessabi

Cyrus Hessabi serves as a Vice President on the Searcher and Independent Sponsor investing team at Shore Capital, a lower middle-market private equity firm focused on partnering with companies that have between $1-10 million of EBITDA. He is responsible for partnering with search fund and roll-up entrepreneurs throughout their diligence process – from thesis development to deal evaluation and transaction structure – and in post-close operational execution.

 

‍Prior to joining Shore, Cyrus was at European venture capital firm OpenOcean, where he led a new investment strategy focused on tech-enabled services roll-ups. Previously, he was also a venture capital investor at DN Capital, where he focused on early-stage enterprise software investments across the United States and Europe. Cyrus began his career on the operating side, as a sales engineer at Salesforce, based in London, UK.

 

Cyrus received his MBA from Harvard Business School and received a Masters Degree in Aeronautical Engineering from Imperial College London. Originally born in Paris, France and raised in London UK, he is fluent in both English and French.
