Christian Witek

Christian is a Manager at Shore Capital Partners, a lower middle-market private equity firm focused on partnering with companies that have between $1-10 million of EBITDA. Christian’s responsibilities include working with portfolio company management teams to improve operational performance, implement strategic initiatives, and prepare acquired platforms for add-on acquisitions and de novo growth.

 

Christian has several years of experience in middle- and lower-market transaction advisory between Grant Thornton and Palm Tree in Chicago, primarily focused on the manufacturing, energy/infrastructure, distribution, and business services sectors. As part of his role, he served as an advisor to his clients throughout the deal process through identification of risk areas and deal synergies, quality of earnings and normalized working capital analyses, purchase agreement advisory, and assistance with post-transaction integration activities.  Before performing financial due diligence, Christian spent two years in Grant Thornton’s audit practice working on the external audits of large private and small public manufacturing and professional services clients.

 

Christian graduated with honors from Indiana University’s Kelley School of Business with a degree in Accounting, followed by a Master of Business Administration with a concentration in Financial Analysis. He is also a licensed CPA in the state of Illinois.
