Annika DeStefano

Annika is a Senior Associate on the Talent team at Shore Capital, a lower middle-market private equity firm focused on partnering with companies that have between $1-10 million of EBITDA. Annika is responsible for helping lead Shore’s CXO program. The goal of the program is to recruit and place highly motivated executives into Shore portfolio companies and support them with training, mentorship, and coaching to accelerate their growth and fast track them into C-suite positions.

 

Previously, Annika spent three years at Oxeon, a boutique executive search firm focused on the healthcare industry, where she worked on C-suite searches across venture-backed, private equity-backed, and growth-stage healthcare companies.

 

Annika received a B.A. in Biology & Society with a minor in Inequality Studies from Cornell University, where she also played Division I soccer for the Big Red.
