Adam Boudjemai

Adam is a Vice President at Shore Capital Partners, a microcap private equity firm focused on partnering with companies that have between $1-10 million of EBITDA. Adam’s responsibilities involve all aspects of the investment process, including deal sourcing, transaction structuring, valuation, due diligence, negotiations, financing, execution, and enabling the growth of Shore investments in the real estate industry. Adam joined the firm in 2017 and is a founding member of Shore Capital Real Estate Partners, the firm’s real estate investment platform.

 

Prior to establishing Shore Capital Real Estate Partners, Adam was an Investment Professional and member of Shore’s healthcare private equity investment team for over half a decade. During that time, Adam’s portfolio company involvement included Shore’s investments in Southern Veterinary Partners, Great Lakes Dental Partners, Specialdocs Consultants, IZI Medical Products, Argentum Medical, Mission Veterinary Partners, Navia Benefit Solutions, Assembly Health, SENTA Partners, Southern Orthodontic Partners, and PartnerCare.

 

Prior to joining Shore, Adam worked as an Analyst in the healthcare group of P&M Corporate Finance (PMCF), the Chicago-based investment banking affiliate of Plante Moran.

 

Adam received his B.A. in Finance, with honor, from the Eli Broad College of Business at Michigan State University.
