Johnny is a Marketing Director at Shore Capital, a microcap private equity firm focused on partnering with companies that have between $1-10 million of EBITDA. Johnny’s responsibilities include working with portfolio management teams to drive growth through marketing and implementing firm strategic initiatives. Prior to joining Shore, Johnny worked in brand management marketing in the consumer-packaged goods industry, first as Senior Brand Manager at Procter & Gamble, and then as Brand Director at Spirits Investment Partners, an early-stage whiskey company. Before receiving his M.B.A, Johnny was an analyst at a real estate investment fund. Johnny received his M.B.A. from the University of Virginia Darden School of Business and his B.A. in Economics from Princeton University.
