Catherine is the VP of Talent at Shore Capital, a microcap private equity firm focused on partnering with companies that have between $1-10 million of EBITDA. Catherine assists in the recruitment of best-in-class board and executive leadership talent across Shore Capital’s portfolio companies, including the curation of a senior leader network, and driving innovation of assessment and human capital best practices.
Previously, Catherine served as the Director of Talent at Serent Capital, a lower-middle market private equity firm focused on investing in high growth service and technology businesses where she managed human capital operations, working with board members and management teams to identify and recruit executive talent into the portfolio.
Prior, Catherine spent four years working in executive search firms. At True Search, a global retained firm, Catherine managed C-level searches for private equity and venture capital clients. Earlier, Catherine spent two years at an executive search practice in Chicago serving middle market private equity clients.
Catherine graduated with a B.S. in Communications from The University of Iowa.
