Adam Korchinski

Adam is a Senior Director at Shore Capital Partners, a microcap private equity firm focused on partnering with companies that have between $1-10 million of EBITDA. Adam’s responsibilities include working with portfolio company management teams to improve operational performance, implement strategic initiatives, and prepare acquired platforms for add-on acquisitions and de novo growth.

 

Prior to joining Shore, Adam was an experienced Manager at PwC in Chicago and specialized in buy-side and sell-side transactions for private equity clients within the Healthcare, Pharma and Life Sciences and Technology sectors. Adam’s main responsibilities included providing meaningful insights around each target company’s quality of earnings, net working capital and as well as other financial and commercial analyses. Prior to joining the Financial Due Diligence practice, Adam spent two years in the PwC Audit practice in Cincinnati, Ohio.

 

Adam received a bachelor’s degrees in Accounting and Finance from the University of Cincinnati. Adam is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) in the state of Illinois and Ohio.
