Sherman Lake

Sherman is a member of the CXO Executive Program at Shore Capital Partners, a microcap private equity firm focused on partnering with companies that have between $1-10 million of EBITDA. Sherman’s responsibilities include working with portfolio company management teams to improve operational performance, implement strategic initiatives, and prepare acquired platforms for add-on acquisitions and de novo growth.

 

Prior to joining Shore, Sherman worked in the Healthcare M&A practice at West Monroe Partners, where he and his teams provided transaction due diligence advisory for a multitude of financial and strategic buyers. Before West Monroe Partners, Sherman worked in private equity operations for portfolio companies of both The Halifax Group and Riverside Partners. Sherman received a B.S. in Business Administration from Birmingham-Southern College and an M.B.A. from the Owen Graduate School of Management at Vanderbilt University, where he concentrated in Healthcare and Finance.
