Grace Kenney

Grace is a member of the CXO Executive Program at Shore Capital Partners, a microcap private equity firm focused on partnering with companies that have between $1-10 million of EBITDA. Grace’s responsibilities include working with portfolio company management teams to improve operational performance, implement strategic initiatives, and prepare platforms for add-on acquisitions and de novo growth.

 

Prior to joining Shore, Grace worked for five years as a Merchant at Ann Taylor, a women’s workwear brand based in New York City, where she was the leader of a highly cross functional team and managed the complete buying process across several departments throughout the years. Grace received a bachelor’s degree in Global Supply Chain and Operations Management from the University of South Carolina and an MBA from the Ross School of Business at University of Michigan where she concentrated on operations.
