Will Cook

Will is a member of the CXO Executive Program at Shore Capital Partners, a microcap private equity firm focused on partnering with companies that have between $1-10 million of EBITDA. Will’s responsibilities include working with portfolio company management teams to improve operational performance, implement strategic initiatives, and prepare acquired platforms for add-on acquisitions and de novo growth.

Prior to joining Shore, Will was an Infantry officer in the US Army at the 101st Airborne. Before joining the Army, Will was a Strategy and Operations consultant at Deloitte where he focused on federal agency financial management, logistics and risk analysis. Will received a B.A. in Political Science and History from the University of Richmond and an M.B.A., with honors, from Vanderbilt Owen Graduate School of Management where he concentrated on Finance, Operations, and International Studies.
