Matt Pcolinski​

Matthewis a Finance Associate at Shore Capital, a microcap private equity firm focusedon partnering with companies that have between $1-10 million of EBITDA. Matthewreports to the CFO and helps to manage all aspects of internal compensation andbenefits along with internal investment tracking.

 

Priorto joining Shore, Matthew worked as a financial analyst at Navistar in theResearch & Development department. While at Navistar, Matthew supportedsenior leadership in developing business cases for capital assets and creatingmonthly financial forecasts across multiple cost categories.

 

Matthewreceived his B.A. in Finance from Indiana University.
