Kurt has been in various leadership roles in organizations ranging from $500M to $50B Fortune 500 global businesses, with leadership teams of up to 100, managing employee bases of up to 1,000, and establishing infrastructures that have repeatedly resulted in accelerated performance and led to stock valuation growth. Kevin is the Chief Executive Officer of Berner Food and Beverage, where he was recruited by the Board with full P&L responsibility for all functions of organization and commissioned to drive employee engagement, grow sales, and closely manage administration and management. Prior to Berner Food and Beverage, Kevin serves as the President, Chief Executive Officer, and Global Commercial Officer of Malteurop. Prior to his time at Malteurop, Kurt held leadership roles at Groupe VIVESCIA, Chr Hansen Inc., and Agrana Food Ingredients.
