Erika Odom

Erika is an executive assistant at Shore Capital in Nashville, TN, a microcap private equity firm focused on partnering with companies that have between $1-10 million of EBITDA.  Erika is responsible for supporting various Shore Capital executives across a variety of platforms with various administrative needs and planning events.

 

Prior to joining Shore, Erika worked at Southern Orthodontic Partners, a portfolio company of Shore as an Executive Assistant to the C-Suite. Prior to this, Erika has been in the healthcare field for over 20 years as Executive Assistant at Aspire Health (acquired by Anthem), Executive Assistant and Project Coordinator with BlueCross BlueShield and their subsidiary OnLife Health, Project Administrator with Southwind in the Revenue Cycle/IT department, and Executive Assistant to CEO and CFO at StoneCrest Medical Center (HCA/TriStar Health System).
