Edmund has over 25 years’ experience in various management and board roles in the food and beverage sector in both North America and Europe. Edmund served on the Board of Directors at Pineridge Bakery, a leading $225M revenue Canadian specialty bakery backed by Swander Pace Capital, which was acquired by ARYZTA in 2014 for ~$340M following significant growth through new customers, acquisitions and new products over a seven-year period. He currently serves as Chairman of O’Keeffes Group, an Irish retailer with pet, furniture and wine stores. In North America, over the last 24 years, Edmund served in a variety of roles for Cott Corporation, the world's largest producer of beverages on behalf of retailers, brand owners and distributors. Prior to this role, Edmund served as President of Royal Crown Cola International, a branded franchise beverage portfolio with bottlers across 64 countries.
