Bio
Cale currently serves on the Board of Directors of OMS360, a Shore Capital Portfolio company. Cale is the Chief Growth Officer for Mission Veterinary Partners (“MVP”), a Shore Capital Portfolio company, where he is responsible for guiding business development strategy and driving organic growth initiatives for MVP hospitals. Cale came to MVP with extensive experience leading data and technology-based sales & marketing solutions and a broad background across business functions. Prior to joining MVP, Cale was most recently serving as the Vice President of Marketing for a global leader in golf manufacturing. He previously served as the Director of Sales and Marketing at Xenith, a Dan Gilbert portfolio company, and spent ten years with New Balance and its subsidiaries in various marketing, sales, operations, and data analysis roles.
Cale is a Michigan native and graduated from Miami University.
