Alexis Smith

Alexis is a member of the CXO Executive Program at Shore Capital Partners, a microcap private equity firm focused on partnering with companies that have between $1-10 million of EBITDA. Will’s responsibilities include working with portfolio company management teams to improve operational performance, implement strategic initiatives, and prepare acquired platforms for add-on acquisitions and de novo growth.

Prior to joining Shore, Alexis was an experienced Business Consulting Manager at EY in Los Angeles and specialized in supply chain and finance transformations to optimize business performance within the Food and Agriculture, Technology, and Consumer Products Retail sectors. Alexis received a bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management and Marketing from Indiana University and an MBA from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University where she concentrated on Finance and Entrepreneurship.
