Matt Hutchison

Matt is an Associate, Corporate Development at Shore Capital, a microcap private equity firm focused on partnering with companies that have between $1-10 million of EBITDA. Matt reports to the Chief Development Officer and assists management teams to build successful corporate development functions within their companies. Prior to joining Shore Capital, Matt worked as an investment banking analyst focused on healthcare, first at Ziegler and then at Lincoln International, both middle market investment banks in Chicago. Matt started his career in corporate finance as analyst at Discover Financial Services. Matt received a B.S. in Finance with a minor in Informatics from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign.
