Joseph Yaro

Joe is a Manager at Shore Capital, a microcap private equity firm focused on partnering with companies that have between $1-10 million of EBITDA. Joe’s responsibilities include working with healthcare portfolio companies to execute on strategic initiatives that drive value and improve operational performance.

 

Prior to joining Shore, Joe was a Private Equity Associate Intern at Berg Lake Ascension. Joe also has experience as a management consultant at HealthScape Advisors, and a Senior Analyst at SCA Health (Optum Affiliate). At SCA Health, where he worked on managed care analytics, strategic initiatives, and M&A deals.

 

Joe is currently an MBA candidate at the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University and received a B.S. in Finance and Management Information Systems from DePaul University.
