Darnell Robinson

Darnell is a Manager at Shore Capital Partners, a microcap private equity firm focused on partnering with companies that have between $1-10 million of EBITDA. Darnell’s responsibilities include working with portfolio company management teams to improve operational performance, implement strategic initiatives, and prepare acquired platforms for add-on acquisitions and de novo growth.

 

Prior to joining Shore, Darnell was a Manager in PwC’s Deals Consulting Practice. At PwC, he provided both buy-side and sell-side due diligence services, catering to strategic corporate buyers and private equity investors. Darnell’s core responsibilities involved delivering critical insights into quality of earnings, net working capital, and financial trends, while also effectively coordinating with cross-functional teams, ensuring comprehensive guidance throughout the deal continuum. Before his role in Deals, Darnell worked for two years in PwC’s Audit Practice in Minneapolis, MN.

 

Darnell is currently an MBA candidate at The University of Chicago Booth School of Business and received his B.B.A. in Accounting from the University of Wisconsin – Eau Claire.
