Prior to joining Shore, Tom worked at Draftfcb, one of the world’s largest communications agencies. While at Draftfcb, Tom worked on the tactical execution and the following year’s planning needs for nine of his client’s brands. His planning involvement entailed outlining detailed budgets for each brand’s advertising plan and helping to recommend the timing and cost of individual tactics to maximize the client’s investment. Prior to joining Draftfcb, Tom interned at Goldman Sachs testing their strategic internal database platforms and at Ariel Investments analyzing the Cruise Lines industry. In addition, while at Northwestern University, Tom was voted by fellow undergraduates to serve as the Vice-President of the student body. In this role, he helped lead several initiatives including founding a profitable student-run business to help students get to the Chicago airports and advising the University on several strategic initiatives.
Outside of the office, Tom is actively involved with the Junior Council of Children’s Memorial Hospital.
Tom received a B.A. in Economics from Northwestern University.
