Jim Weaver, Former VP of Mergers & Acquisitions at NextCare Urgent Care
Jim Weaver has more than 15 years of management experience in emergent and non-emergent health care services. Jim most recently served as Vice President of Mergers and Acquisitions at NextCare Urgent Care, a leading provider of urgent care services in 7 states. Previously, Jim served as the President and COO of Rocky Mountain Helicopters and Omniflight Helicopters, both leading national providers of air ambulance services. Jim also served as a regional CEO for American Medical Response, the nations’ largest ground ambulance company. Jim has completed 14 healthcare acquisitions representing 75 operating locations and led the development of 48 de novo start-up projects.
Jim received a B.A in Business Administration from the University of Washington in Seattle, WA.
