Frank Rooks, Former Founding Partner of PRO Physical Therapy
Frank was a founding partner of PRO Physical Therapy, a Wilmington, Delaware based provider of outpatient physical therapy services. Frank and a partner started PRO Physical Therapy in 1995, generating $200 thousand in revenue during its first year of operation. Eleven years and 18 locations later, PRO grew to $19 million in revenue. In 2006, Frank and his partners sold the company to a private equity firm.
Frank graduated from the Philadelphia College of Pharmacy and Science (now the University of the Sciences in Philadelphia) with a Bachelor of Health Science Degree and a Master of Physical Therapy Degree. He currently serves as a director on the University’s Alumni Board. Frank holds his J.D. from Widener University School of Law in Wilmington Delaware, and a M.B.A. from Drexel University in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania.
